I've been here a couple times and have received great service. The salon is clean and they are very thorough, going above and beyond with their sanitation practices which is a refreshing change in the industry. Everyone seems to have in-depth knowledge of the products and services and are able to answer any questions. This is my favourite place to go in Brantford for shellac for sure! Read Less

I was a first time customer at this salon last week for a pedicure. I thought the girl who did my pedicure did a great job (though I don't know her name), so she saved this place from getting a 1star. She was very thorough and took her time, and I felt like she took good care of me. However, two days later I began with itching between my toes which has turned out to be athletes foot. I have never had athletes foot before in my life, and I have gotten pedicures at at least half a dozen nail salons around the Metairie and New Orleans area. This obviously reveals very poor hygienic practices at this salon, so I will not be returning. Read Less

The Perfect Ten Nails and Esthetics is, by far, the best salon in Brantford.The staff is incredibly friendly, not to mention knowledgeable! I cannot believe what I was getting applied to my nails before coming here!Not only are they knowledgeable, but they're affordable!They have this awesome product that actually lasts 5 weeks!!! And I absolutely love it. I have been getting it for quite a while now. Its called the 5 Week French. TERRIBLE!!! For christmas of 2010 I bought my grandma and girlfriend a gift card to get a manicure and pedicure thinking it would be a nice relaxing time out. Since then they have phoned numerous times and myself as well trying to get in. On a RARE occasion do they pick up the phone also NEVER returning your messages to book an appointment time. It is now 9 months later and we have still not been in to get our money's worth. And when you do have an appointment they call back to cancel stating they could not find a babysitter! I had a wedding to go to last weekend and went here to have my tips painted (like a french manicure). I went inside and asked if she could do this for me and she said yes. So I sat down and waited for her. She then took me into a small room and I had asked her if she had colours and asked if she could use yellow to match my dress. She told me the colours didn't make a very good defined line and I said no problem, I'm sure they will look fine. Boy was I wrong. First she sprayed my nails with water, then took a buffer and used it on my nails. After that she used a nail brush to brush off this black dust the buffer left all over my hands. She then put a clear coat on and didn't completly clean my nails and left black dust in the sides of my nails and all underneath. After the clear coat was dry she then started with the colour. My nails looked like a little kid painted them. None of the tips were anywhere close to even, some nails had a lot of nail polish on them and had lumps on them from too much polish. Also some nails didn't have a curve it was just painted right across. The nail polish took forever to dry and I was charged almost $19 just to have my tips painted. I didn't have time to complain, I was already late for a wedding, and I can't believe I paid that much. I will never go back to this salon ever again, and I will not reccommend it to anyone. They do a great job! I've had pedicures, five week french manicure, and two makeup applications. They were all extremely well done and fairly priced. The appointments are sometimes longer than you anticipate, but definitely worth the wait! You will leave happy because you look great! Read Less
