They did not seat my pre booked wedding party together. The girl doing my nails said as little as possible to me. 2 of us were done before the rest and ended up leaving. I had to ask another staff member to clean the polish off my fingers that my worker had left. The shop is beautiful but the atmosphere is cold. My tip reflected my service but I'm usually more generous. After I got home the polish on my fingers started to look strange ...I'm not sure if the polish was too old or just what happened. The wedding is in less than 2 days away and now I need to have the polish redone. Sooo disappointed! Read Less

Bright atmosphere, friendly service and fair prices. This was my first time and it won't be my last! It came highly recommended from friends and they were so right. I received a shellac mani/pedi from Simone and she was great at her job. I'll definitely be booking my appointments with her again. I was a walk in and was helped right away - no waiting. Friendly staff, clean salon. Started going there a year ago to try Shellac and have went ever since. I came in one day after I had fallen and torn a nail on holiday to have polish change and manicure to smooth torn edges. Gentleman who does my nails fixed torn nail and would only charge me $2.00 for full manicure as he felt bad- not his fault I jammed finger. Read Less

The spa is very clean and most of the staff are very nice This is the first time going here I have been getting false nails for 10 years The price for them to remove old nails is $10 and full set acrylic is $25 so $35 dollars total no big deal But I only had 2 nails left on so the charge for take off was a little much Although here is where it gets odd ... I was charged 5-10 ( don't remember exact price) for not wanting them cut so short then I was charged even more for wanting a different tip colour not telling me this till after they had started so I went to pay what should have been $35 dollars came to $50 BUT I chose to pay in debit I ended up paying $55 $20 more!!! They are great. I will never go any place else. If I gift someone a mani pedi it always come from here. As long as they are open its the only nail salon I will go to. Called and made an appointment on Friday and was happy to get in that morning. Got there and it was a friendly enough environment but very uncomfortable. No one talked, everyone just sat there in silence. When they did talk it was in their own language to each other. No small talk, nothing. The girl did a great a job on my nails, they were drying for about 1/2 an hour, one person came over to check and said they were dry and I got up to pay, was charged $1.50 more because I w...as paying with debit which I was not told about nor did I see a sign for. When I got into my car I noticed my thumb was completely smudged! But after the experience in there, I was not going back in. I couldn't really understand much of what they were saying as they spoke very quietly and not directly at you. Only 48 hours later and my nails are now chipping and wearing away at the tips. Waste of money, waste of time. Also, I don't know if it's just me, but really loud club music blaring at 10am wouldn't be my first choice in background music.
