Toai is an amazing beautician. I travel from Toronto yo get a facial every 2 months. She is top notch and goes beyond what I normally get at other salons in terms of deep cleaning of my face and neck.

Terrible business! Booked a waxing explaining I worked a ten hour shift and was going straight to her salon and then Toronto. She booked me in and then last minute cancelled my appointment. Now it's Friday nobody can get me in anywhere and all she can say is sorry. Will never book here again! ¿
