I have been coming here for a full year during the pandemic and I kept coming due to convenience…I am one of those people who really have a hard time trusting people to not hurt my very sensitive body...
I have been coming here for a full year during the pandemic and I kept coming due to convenience…I am one of those people who really have a hard time trusting people to not hurt my very sensitive body. As a result, I rarely complain beyond the casual request for preference when it comes to cosmetic services. Seven times out of ten this place will ruin your nails and more often then not are very careless with even the politest request from the customer. I tried selecting only the best (Tina) and still have jacked up eyebrows that I have to fix on my own…The very first time I came here they messed everything up and I said I would never come back but it is the closest to me and so I gave them another chance and had a good experience and then several more bad experiences…honestly, I hate this salon and all salons like it who do not care about the customer and allow any kind of treatment or blatant disregard for customer requests…Thesad part is they do really try to do better but cannot change this long standing pattern of idgaf about you at the end of the day attitudes…last time coming for real this time and I am still so fucking pissed about my eyebrows

The guy that did my nails accidentally stabbed me hard with cuticle scissors in the skin part under my nail while trying to remove my old bio gel. I started to bleed heavily, but he was very sorry and very professional. However, I have a problem with the manager. When she came over to see how badly I was bleeding she just spoke in her language and laughed then walked away. She didnt even offer me a discount or apologize for what had happened. I will never go back.

I went there for the first time, and the experince wasn't good at all. I was shocked to see that my nail polish started chipping-off on the very 2nd day. Usually, for me regular polish lasted about a week when I got it done from another places. But this was very bad and on top of that they talk in their own language a lot (sometimes about the customers as you can see when they all start staring one customer in the store and then they start laughing) which I pefsonally found very unprofessional and rude.
Secondly, I went there with my mother-in-law, the lady was doing my mother's nail was very rude or she might had a bad day. She was not even talking to us as we were seating beside each other, whereas the lady was doing my nails was interacting with both of us. I even tried couple times to start a conversation but she was not even looking at us.
Overall had a horrible experince and will never recommed to anyone.

If you like being violated this is the place for you!! I was just there and had to leave immediately because the lady doing my nails was very rough and filed my natural nails down to the skin. I asked for another person to take care of me and the lady just sat infront of me scowling. So I left. I have never been treated so badly in a nail salon before. I am in shock and very disappointed because I now have half done nails because I'm scared of being injured again from this place.

The actual nail work is alright, however, customer service is bad.
One time I came with my grandmother, they said to come back in 10 minutes so we did and 2 new people were there and they just stared...
The actual nail work is alright, however, customer service is bad.
One time I came with my grandmother, they said to come back in 10 minutes so we did and 2 new people were there and they just stared at us. They're more concerned with getting the money then maintaining customer service.
I went today and the lady didn't say one word to me the entire time she did my nails. Not even hi. When She was done she said "done. Move" that's it. And no idea where the tools came from so I'm assuming they weren't clean.

I went here once to have my nails done for the first time - the staff there proceeded to mock me and laugh at my fingernails because they were short, in front of a packed salon. Staff also refused to give me the shape that I wanted and didn't clean up the acrylic paste/powder left around my fingers for me.

I'd been here a total of twice or to get my nails done. The first time was okay, but the second time was horrible! The lady that did my nails was very rude and unprofessional. She told me that I could not do a certain shape for my nail because "it was easier to break with that shape". She then proceeded to handle my nails roughly and tsking at me, giving me dirty looks for no reason.
Also, their nail colours are very limited.
The one thing that made my visit bearable was what I assumed to be was the manager/ owner of the place. A very funny and polite man.
My recommendations for them? Please get rid of your rude staff, I'm sure not all of them are like that.

I have been coming here for a full year during the pandemic and I kept coming due to convenience…I am one of those people who really have a hard time trusting people to not hurt my very sensitive body. As a result, I rarely complain beyond the casual request for preference when it comes to cosmetic services. Seven times out of ten this place will ruin your nails and more often then not are very careless with even the politest request from the customer. I started to bleed heavily, but he was very sorry and very professional. However, I have a problem with the manager. Usually, for me regular polish lasted about a week when I got it done from another places. I'd been here a total of twice or to get my nails done. The first time was okay, but the second time was horrible! The lady that did my nails was very rude and unprofessional.
