What a horrible experience. Someone who has not been there that long did my bio nails. She said the owners were away and she was watching the place. She had long blck hair in a ponytail. I tried to make pleasant conversation with her but she clearly wasn't interested. While she was using the drill to file down my nails she hit the skin above my cuticle and I jumped. She grumbled and did it again. I told her she was hitting my skin and she looked peeved. When I looked at my finger it was reddened and raw loooking. Just one more hit with that drill would have made it bleed. I asked for square nails and she made some of them oval and others uneven. When I asked for her to fix them she became irritated. I brought my own polish. When she started to put it on she knocked the bottle over and almost half of it spilled out. She just became edgy, as if it was my fault and cleaned it up. She didn't even apologize for wasting almost half of my polish. Personally I think she should have given me a discount for spilling almost half of my polish out. That was money out of my pocket. After she finished the gel, my nails looked terrible. They were unevenly done. Some were thicker on one side more than the other. On one of them she put so much gel on it it, looked huge and unsightly. When I asked her to buff/file a couple of nails down more to make them look better, she looked away, took the end of the brush she had in her hand, banged it on the table and let out an exasperated sigh. She was angry. By this point, I felt like I was walking on eggshells around her. My nails still looked like an amateur had done them, but due to her mood I wasn't going to ask her to shape them up any more. When I paid she wasn't very pleasant and didn't even say goodbye. This woman should find a new job if she hates this one so much. I've done my own gel nails at home and they looked better. When I got home I filed them properly to a square shape and had to reshape the gel nails to make them look even and natural looking. For $45 I had a drill bang my skin twice, unevenly filed nail edges, lumpy looking gel nails, almost half of my nail polish spilled out, received a nasty attitude when I asked to have my nails shaped better and then had to fix them when I got home. Do not get your eyebrows waxed here. I usually get mine threaded here, but I got them waxed today because the threader was not there. The woman who did my eyebrows did not listen to what I had asked for, reshaped my brows when I specifically said not too, and literally forgot to wax under one of them. She was so kind and fun, but honestly messed my eyebrows up so bad that I left crying. The woman who threads there is amazing - I would highly recommend her. Do not get waxing done here! Read Less
