This review is for my first experience. I will come back to review next time. Wanda fixed a broken nail that the original nail shop refused. I even made an appointment with them and when i got there they told me to come back 2 hours later. That's when I called Wanda. Horrible service! I would strongly recommend NOT going here. She Told me one price ended up being double, (I asked her 3 times if the price was 35$ and she responded yes, even after she put bio gel and shellac, then before I left she said it was 60$) asked for oval got square, was asking her questions she was insulted and she wasn’t listening when I told her I don’t like it thick coat of gel, 3 days later shellac didn’t stay and nails are all chipped even though I don’t work with my hands. I had an apt scheduled which I did not get into the apt until 30 min later. I came for eye lash extensions. I had told her I wanted a natural look. It was my first time doing eye lash extensions. She was done very quickly (maybe 25min) when I sat up my lashes were VERY unnatural looking and I was not pleased. I told her I wasn't happy and I wanted her to fix them right away as I was embarrassed to leave the store looking like what I did. She told me they're beautiful and didn't care how I felt I looked. I paid her and left. Later I called and told her I'm really not happy she needs to do something about it. She started yelling at me - meanwhile I'm just talking. Still haven't raised my voice even though she was yelling at me. She does not care about clients satisfaction. Do not go here.Read Less
