I've been going for a little while and MAY always is good to me but yesterday they gave me a lady that could not speak or understand me AT ALL- and then I was telling her how to do my nails! She made my nails look chunky with nail polish and did a very messy job! She even forgot to put base coat until I told her too- it was not a good experience and for this reason I will not be returning at all! When I told the manager - she charged me full price for a job that looked like a 3 year old did and said she'll take me instead next time .... no way am I going back! Read Less

I got my nails done on Saturday and my nail broke on Monday. Very messy work on my French manicure. I will not recommend their services !

They did not provide me with a service and blamed me for the fact that their uv light was not drying my shellac properly. I said i would pay for my pedicure and not the nails because nothing was done ... Read More
They did not provide me with a service and blamed me for the fact that their uv light was not drying my shellac properly. I said i would pay for my pedicure and not the nails because nothing was done to them. When I put the money down and tried to leave they grabbed my phone, they also grabbed me, and assaulted me. They tried to cut my nails off which are my real nails. They threatened to call the police and told them to call and allow them to resolve the matter. They then pretended to call the police, held on to my phone, and locked me in the building and wouldn't let me. They cracked my phone screen, grabbed my purse and threatened me. They then demanded I pay even more then I was supposed to initially. I only paid the money so that they could let me out. My phone was dead so I immediately went to the animal hospital and asked to use your phone. I called my mother who told me to the call the police. The people at the animal hospitals were very helpful and gave me the non-emergency number so I could call. I called the police and reported the assault, the theft, and the confinement to the police. I want my money back and I want the police to proceed with the charges. This happened today and I take it very seriously that is no way to treat a customer. Other customers who were waiting walked out of the store. I want to put this out here just to let others know. This is no way to treat customers and this is not customer service. Avoid this pace at all costs it's not worth the stress and the hassle. They don't know how to treat people with dignity and respect. Read Less

They did not provide me with a service and blamed me for the fact that their uv light was not drying my shellac properly. I've been going for a little while and MAY always is good to me but yesterday they gave me a lady that could not speak or understand me AT ALL- and then I was telling her how to do my nails! She made my nails look chunky with nail polish and did a very messy job!
