I tried this place for the first time yesterday &I liked my nail colour. But I don't know why they were cutting down the skin area near the end of nails. My all the finger nails are so sore. This is a message to the owner that STOP this step of cutting the fingernails too much near the skin. I saw other reviews just now that you guys made someone bleed their fingers. Its very painful. I have been going to Sabai nails since they opened. The staff is always friendly, polite and hard working. With regards to the quality of their work, I would say they are the best in Brampton. Have been here a few times now for shellac and regular manicures/pedicures. Appointments are always better if you are short if time. All of them are good in their work but I was impressed with one of them in particular. Anna is very experienced and does a super job every time I go to her. Keep up the good work Anna! I am a regular at Sabia Nails and i love it. Very friendly staff and the job is done well. I always show them a picture of what I want and they come very close to it. I have Made appointments which they always take me on time for and even if i have to wait , I dont mind at all. Rude staff, unorganized, unstarrile, seems like they don't know what there doing I have long natural nails that took me one year coming from acyrilics and she cut off my pinky!! I've been a regular for 2 years now and can honestly say its a hidden gem. Part of me wanted to keep them a secret but they are clean, professional and do a very thorough job unlike other salons so i feel compelled to share. I reccommend their bio gel nails as they look the most natural and that is what I get done each time I visit because they consistently do an amazing job. I recently decided to step outside the box and get my lashes done for the first time and I absolut...ely love them! They look so full and pretty. I left the salon batting my lashes and flashing my hair like I was America's next top model. The application took about an hour, it was painless and i literally could have slept through it if i wasn't so excited. The lashes are supposed to last a minimum of 2 weeks which is fantastic because now I can really say I woke up like this. Looks like I'll be adding lashes to my beauty regimen. The workers here are terrible sanitary is a must, and these people were not using proper sterlization of tools. 2 days ago i got my nails done by their standard of "shellac" the layers were to thick nd looked uneven as well as started chipping today. While getting my nails done I saw some ladies getting pedicures, however when the they finished their nail artist JUST RINSED THE TOOLS. No antibacterial soap no through sterlization NADA. I went there for my lashes a couple weeks ago and my experience could not have been worse... first of all they simply looked awful!!! So I had her remove them the second I looked in the mirror... she obviously did not know how (thus I doubt they are even certified) as it took her 5 hours to take them off... in addition to this long experience she ripped out half of my real eyelashes, my vision was blurry for 2 days after and I had to go to an eye doctor... not to mention the stinging and teary red swollen eyes I had to put up with for a week after! I later found out they order extremely cheap glu from China so I guess I should have done more research befor I had allowed them to proceed with the 6 hour torture session!! Read Less

i understand that nicks and cuts happen from time to time, but this has been the only place where i've had 2 fingers bleed (1. you should know to be more gentle after the first time and 2. all i got from it was a simple sorry). she even forgot where she cut me and was about to use acetone on them.. which definitely didn't impress me. the nails turned out sub-par (coats were too thick on some fingers, making them look fat and uneven). overall a huge disappoint since this location is really close to home and i was hoping to be a regular.
