Very bad experience. Got shellac nails done. It didn't even stay for a week. Just came off after 5th day . I told about this to the manager of this location. She was so rude to me . I would never recommend this place anyone.

My absolute favorite salon in Cumming & Dawsonville area! Very comfortable and relaxing salon. Here your treated like family and your not rushed and neither is your service.

Service was horrible. She didn't massage my feet,didn't clean my nails properly and my nails were uneven. This is my second time going there and both times were bad experiences. I'm never going again...

Love this place ! I'm actually setting here now after laying in the tanning bed I go to leave and I've locked my keys in my car. So while I'm waiting they are extremely sweet and makes you so comfortable and has even brought me a bottle of water. AMAZING PLACE.

I've come here three times and ever single time I either have to wait at least 45 minutes (after setting an appointment in advance) or they have inconsistent service. One time they simply forgot to massage my hands with cream after a manicure and this time they put a cold towel on my legs and feet. My mother, who got a French manicure thought her French tip was way too thick. After she complained, they went back and started fixing it, only to further ruin it.
Every time I go in and tell them what I want, they're always trying to change your mind.
Very inconsiderate of your time, poor service and mediocre skill, at best.

There were only like 4 workers and one of them were just looking at a magazine and not doing anything. When we come in the lady tells me with attiude "learn how to take an order" just because she mish...
There were only like 4 workers and one of them were just looking at a magazine and not doing anything. When we come in the lady tells me with attiude "learn how to take an order" just because she misheard me when I called to make an appoitment. I made an appoitment so my mom and I are at the same time but my mom had to wait half an hour so, my mom asked how long until her turn the lady said "do you have any patience" my mom didn't want to start a fight so she ignored. Then when she starts doing her nails my mom said I'm not doing a manicure anymore because it took so long and she just started her feet. The lady blamed my mom for her mistake and said that she had to soak her feet in water for ten mins but I only had to do it for like 5 mins,so we pay and the whole time she is giving my mom dirty looks so I'm never coming back to this salon of this is the way they treat there coustmers.

Love this place ! I'm actually setting here now after laying in the tanning bed I go to leave and I've locked my keys in my car. So while I'm waiting they are extremely sweet and makes you so comfortable and has even brought me a bottle of water. AMAZING PLACE.

I've come here three times and ever single time I either have to wait at least 45 minutes (after setting an appointment in advance) or they have inconsistent service. One time they simply forgot to massage my hands with cream after a manicure and this time they put a cold towel on my legs and feet. There were only like 4 workers and one of them were just looking at a magazine and not doing anything. When we come in the lady tells me with attiude "learn how to take an order" just because she misheard me when I called to make an appoitment. I made an appoitment so my mom and I are at the same time but my mom had to wait half an hour so, my mom asked how long until her turn the lady said "do you have any patience" my mom didn't want to start a fight so she ignored.
