Wonderful staff always taking very good care of my feet. Over last 8 years of frequenting this establishment, I was always made feel special and well looked after. Often they are very busy, but I find this as additional proof of the quality of service they provide and the demand that they are in. Keep up good work and I will see you soon again. Used to be a regular at this salon...recently service is way too rushed, and the shellac polish comes off a few days after...customer service is not great and the staff is not concerned with providing quality service. I live nearby but will definitely be switching salons

This used to be a nice place for pedicure n manicure. But I find them very rushy now. I went there on Canada day weekend. Pedicure was fine however manicure was very rushy since they were closing. When I asked to use fan to dry, the lady told me you have to wait till it dries. Upon complaint the owner gave me 5$ discount but overall experience wasn’t great.
Language is also an issue. You don’t totally understand what they are saying. Overall it was expensive affair for the services provided

I got shellac done on my nails not even a week ago (April 6th) it started coming off within 2-3 days. Went back and she re-did the few nails that were chipping. It’s been less than a week and half of them came off again. (April 13). The process was rushed, they don’t take time with the customer and the job was terribly done. Very disappointed in the service, especially considering I came back twice to get them fixed. I paid for nails that haven’t even lasted me a week, and for it to have it all chipped off. Would not recommend.

This place is very clean and comfortable to go and get your nails done. The people who work at this place is very nice and they take they time to get the job done. My family and friends go always for nails and they is very happy. I also go 3 times a month and I am very happy love it.

It was awful. The 1st time I went it was great. The 2nd time it was awful. They ruined my nails and when I mentioned it they all start laughing and taunting me. It was the worst. Don’t go.

Great place to do shellac. $15 for shellac polish change and they do a great job and have the latest colours! Also staff is friendly.

Terrible customer service. Terrible end result. Unprofessional and the owner in particular yells at customers. Very hostile environment.
Service: my mani filing was a choppy job. And the painting f was done sloppy. Lines were crooked.
My pedi was not great either. The bottoms of my feet were bumpy and not smooth, feel like there are craters under my feet. As well they did not give me a hand or foot massage.
It was hard to understand them as well, which resulted in me being overcharged.
They were so busy that they rushed my whole service. If you're looking to over pay for a sloppy job then this is the place to go. They care more about the quantity of customers than providing quality service to their customers.
Overall I wouldn't go back. If you want to get your nails done I suggest going across the street instead.

I always go to paradise nails as a regular customer, however their service is not the best. I got acrylic nails today and felt that the job was rushed and my nails were painted and filed aggressively and quickly. My friends went with me today and got overcharged almost $20 on their shellac manicure. Their manicures were also rushed and they did not massage the hands like manicures include. The workers also dont listen to the customers and tend to argue if they are made aware of their mistakes. Hope they work on their customer service!

I usually go to this salon but I find the service is declining. My own and my friend's nail polish was rushed. The edges were messy. They didn't file properly. Then they charged us more than the service they gave. I got bio gel nails and they added and charged me for shellac nail colour on top of the bio gel nails EVEN though I did no ask for it. They blamed me for not saying "regular" when I requested my bio gel service. Although I did no ask for the "special" to begin with they gave it to me without asking.

Love Paradise Nails, it's my go to place. They always do a good job. Might be time to upgrade the pedicure chairs as it's been a hit or miss on the massage working on the chair.

This used to be a nice place for pedicure n manicure. But I find them very rushy now. I went there on Canada day weekend. Pedicure was fine however manicure was very rushy since they were closing. When I asked to use fan to dry, the lady told me you have to wait till it dries. Upon complaint the owner gave me 5$ discount but overall experience wasn’t great.

I got shellac done on my nails not even a week ago (April 6th) it started coming off within 2-3 days. Went back and she re-did the few nails that were chipping. It’s been less than a week and half of them came off again. (April 13). The process was rushed, they don’t take time with the customer and the job was terribly done. Very disappointed in the service, especially considering I came back twice to get them fixed. I paid for nails that haven’t even lasted me a week, and for it to have it all chipped off. Would not recommend.

My pedi was not great either. The bottoms of my feet were bumpy and not smooth, feel like there are craters under my feet. As well they did not give me a hand or foot massage.
It was hard to understand them as well, which resulted in me being overcharged.
They were so busy that they rushed my whole service. If you're looking to over pay for a sloppy job then this is the place to go. They care more about the quantity of customers than providing quality service to their customers.
Overall I wouldn't go back. If you want to get your nails done I suggest going across the street instead.

I always go to paradise nails as a regular customer, however their service is not the best. I got acrylic nails today and felt that the job was rushed and my nails were painted and filed aggressively and quickly. My friends went with me today and got overcharged almost $20 on their shellac manicure. Their manicures were also rushed and they did not massage the hands like manicures include. Then they charged us more than the service they gave. I got bio gel nails and they added and charged me for shellac nail colour on top of the bio gel nails EVEN though I did no ask for it. They blamed me for not saying "regular" when I requested my bio gel service. Although I did no ask for the "special" to begin with they gave it to me without asking.
