By far the worst service I have received. I've been waiting for over an hour and I've seen them take every single person that walked into the building after me. This place was just straight up nasty. This was my first time coming here and the man at the counter was not able to answer any of my questions about prices/manicure types. While I was waiting to speak to another associate I noticed how dirty the venue seemed. The female workers behaved incredibly unprofessionally (running around, being loud, making faces at each other while working on clients, swaying their arms and rocking on chairs) I was genuinely reminded of middle schoolers on the last day of school before summer vacation. The longer I waited, the more uncomfortable I felt observing them. I used to go here for years and loved it, but had to stop. They starting getting more popular/getting more customers and couldn't handle it at all. I would book appointments ahead but would STILL have to wait OVER AN HOUR. they know what their capacity is for booking clients but still take alll appointments and then try sending you back home once you come and they realize there isn't enough time. Also, they rushed my nails because of this a few times and when I came back a couple days later to fix it they were upset as if it was my fault they rushed and didn't do a good job.. Read Less

As soon as you walk in there is always someone there to help you .There has never been a time when I felt being rushed even though they are always busy .I would suggest booking appointments just for your own convenience as they have lot of walk ins . Read Less

Worst customer Service. Rude staff. Poor & rushed work. Because they are always busyy they do a quick job not a quality job. Should only take customers they can handle. Stop over booking. If i had the option of zero stars i could have did that. They had no customer service skills, very rude, they do no understand properly what customer wants. I got my nails done today. There is a guy work there he did such a cruel job like a butcher. I am in pain right now. My nails are paining like anything. The lady who is a manager there doesn't know how to deal with a customer. They are very rude people. Please never go to them. We can get better nail artist than these people . NEVER GO AT THIS PLACE. Also evrytime they charge different prices. They take advantage of you. I typically go to another nail salon and only ever get a manicure plus shellac (which is all i know). I heard nothing but good things about this place from my friends and coworker so i decided to check it out. All of the nail technicians were fine. We did not have to wait for a long time. My nails look really nice. But they lied to us about what we got. My friends and I asked for gel and they said they gave us UV gel. All the gels are a scam.. They put acrylic on all of us and told us that we got gel. I had no clue before I went into the salon that acrylic is when a liquid and powder mix together until I did some research. REAL gel is literally only gel - NO POWDER. When my friends and i went back, they told us that what we got was gel. i told them that we didn't, and that we should not have been charged $45 for acrylic. She told us that we did not know what we were talking about. It is not fair that they are taking advantage of people who do not understand the difference between acrylic and gel. I talked to a friend who went to school for this and she explained to me that it is common for most salons to advertise that they have gel when it really is only acrylic. Be careful of what you actually get at nail salons. MAKE SURE that if you ask for gel nails, you actually get to see the GEL. My nail technician did an exceptional job with my ACRYLIC nails. the salon did an exceptional job at making my friends and i over pay for something that they claim is gel.
