Got bio gel nails done from here. One nail cracked within one day and when I went back they charged me $5 for the repair. A little inconvenient but not the biggest problem. The shape of the nail was done so nicely. I had a gentleman doing my nails, didn't get his name but he's great at doing the shape. A lot of salons make them too bulky but they were one nicely. High prices for decent quality. My shellac here only lasted 1.5 weeks when I can usually stretch out my nails for a month or more. Right away it was peeling near the cubicles, then catching on my clothing and chipping off. This shouldn't happen if you put the nails under the UV lighting long enough to set and you apply the coats in the proper order. I give 4 stars because this nail salon is a little hard to find. It's on the opposite side of the Mandarin and you have to walk around on bovaird. But the parking is good on that side. I usually get Acrylic but decided to get UV gel because it's better quality. It looked good and the nails lasted for a few weeks. I'll be back soon for a refill which is always cheaper. Read Less

If I could leave a 0 i would. Don't go here! Quality is very low. First time getting a full set uv gel from them. I went on vacation (Cruise) and within 3 days 4 of them broke (2 even down to my skin causing it to bleed).i had to pay $55 to fix 3 nails om my cruise because I was in so much pain. When i got back the (a week from doing it) I called they told me there's nothing they can do. Its not guaranteed. What the heck is that?? I don't know what they use but it wasn't uv. This nail salon is the closest place to my house, I usually always go here and they do my nails pretty nice, but today I went in on a really rainy day around 1:30pm on April 5th, the girl seemed not so nice.. she was asking me what shape I wanted which I told her oval/ almond shape which I always get that shape. She said how I wasn't able to get that shape because my nails were getting trimmed and they were going to be "too short" which is actually ridiculous because I always get my nails trimmed with the same shape. Probably my 4th time going here cause I tend to get my nails done in different locations. All my nails were UNEVEN the nails on my right hand was extremely short compared to the nails on my left hand. I do not understand why the hell my pinky nails were LONGER than the rest of my nails..? She was removing my old colour off my nails which was a bright pink coral and she doesn't remove it proper and then decides to refill my nails with uv, so she basically seals the coral pink colour inside the uv which is honestly dumb. On top of that I asked for glitter on my ring finger and she's here trying to "file off" the coral colour that she sealed in with the uv. She didn't have a name tag which annoyed me the most, all I know is that she was wearing a pink holster plaid top, she had front bangs and flats with huge bows on them. Never thought I would be writing a horrible review for them. Sooo dissipointed with my nails I had to file them down like crazy when I got home, now my nails look stubby like little boy fingers when I like my nails long and slim 🙄😡 anyways I think she should either get trained more or just not work there overall because the manager said he "fired all the bad workers" maybe he should CHECK again. I went there today and it was terrible. The guy who did my nails did my nail uneven. When I was done he told me to wash my hands and when I did a nail had chipped on the side. I showed him that my nail chipped so he added more of the uv gel. I asked him to please make sure it won't break. I went at 11 am and it's now 7pm and my nail broke in half. I'm so upset becase i have to go back now and it's time wasting and I didn't get what I asked for. I don't recommend this place. Read Less

Never go here! They use fake/cheap product I went to get shellac done and less then a week later it started to chip off. I get shellac done regularly at a different salon and it has stayed on for weeks! But this was done so poorly it started coming off in 3 days. When I called to have it fixed the lady was rude and told me I would have to pay for it, when I already spent $40 getting it done. Extremely unprofessional and bad quality. Read Less
