I asked for a manicure (expecting an actual manicure, cutting cuticals, cutical oils, soaking hands in warm water with soap. Stuff like that) then all they did was file my nails left some of my old polish on didn't even take it all off, did my nails very poorly, uneven, lumpy, left harden uv gel under neath my nail I don't even know how it got there and they fell off in 4 days. I never soaked my nails, I take 5 minute showers, I don't do many dishes never got them caught on anything but the just started to fall of with ease and it didn't even hurt. They obviously were not stuck in properly. A huge waist of 40$ that I could have bought something better out of. Last time I'll treat myself there.

They do a very nasty job at putting nail polish. My 5 year old could have done a much better job! Secondly they polish peels off within 2 days of having it on and mind you its my toe nails so u can only imagine if it was my finger nail.

Decent sized, only one person was there doing a pedicure for someone. The prices are not badly priced. Once she got to me, I asked how mucj it was for a manicure with shellac and she said $25. I showed her what I wanted and even though there wasn't a lighter coloir to match the main colour, we still managed to make do with the shellac colours she had. There are many colours to choose, don't get me wrong, I was looking for a specific design that matched a dress I wore for a wedding. She took her time and was very patient and did her job very well. Taking a photo, bare in mind that I got them done almost a week ago, so my nails grew a bit.

I got UV gel acrylic nails with shellac polish done here for a wedding. They did a sloppy job putting the polish on and got it all over my cuticles. I left with a nail job that I probably could have done better myself. The salon was dingy and had nail dust everywhere. My nails chipped in less than 24 hours and I had to go back and get them repainted. When I went back, the nail technician came to me immediately from serving another customer and didn't wash the nail dust from the other person off her hands before touching mine. Unsanitary, sloppy and not worth the time or money is how I would describe this salon.

I stopped by here looking for a rainbow design on my own nails for pride weekend. I showed the lady who asked what I wanted a few pictures ranging from easier (a different color of the rainbow on each nail) to difficult (multiple colors on one nail, gradient) and was told they do not do anything except for one color and that to do 2 colors it's machine done. Would highly recommend against coming here unless you are looking for one plain color.

I've been going to this nail place since December and it's the best so far . I tried so many places in Etobicoke area and didn't have this great of service . The place is in a dead mall and the salon itself could use a little Reno but it's still clean and the girls are why I go back. There's 2 girls who work here and both are amazing. They are accommodating , clean, friendly , they have great customer service and the price is also really good. U can get shellac mani and regular pedicure for 50$. They always do hot towel after pedicure and a great massage . Even when it's 5 min to closing they will still take the time to do a massage and as a busy mom I REALLY appreciate it

My wife had a pedicure done here. Being a nurse she asked the owner if her equipment was sterilized and of course she said yes. A couple of days later my wife's toe got infected and we had to go to Osler Emergency to have part of her toe nail cut off. Then she had to receive IV antibiotics for a week which she had to stay home and miss work. Buyer beware. We heard similar stories about this place. Go somewhere else.

love the staff. I will continue come here for my nails. The Salon also does waxing for hair removal. and Eyelash extensions. the Pedicure stations a super comfortable. Huge parking lot available. They take plastic or cash payments. There's also a debit cash machine handy for your convenience. but there's a few banks in the same Plaza. Separate private rooms for privacy for the hair removal and Eyelash extensions stations. attentive staff. and friendly. the Salon also has gift cards available. prices are competitive. great service!

I asked for a manicure (expecting an actual manicure, cutting cuticals, cutical oils, soaking hands in warm water with soap. Stuff like that) then all they did was file my nails left some of my old polish on didn't even take it all off, did my nails very poorly, uneven, lumpy, left harden uv gel under neath my nail I don't even know how it got there and they fell off in 4 days. Decent sized, only one person was there doing a pedicure for someone. The prices are not badly priced. Once she got to me, I asked how mucj it was for a manicure with shellac and she said $25. I showed her what I wanted and even though there wasn't a lighter coloir to match the main colour, we still managed to make do with the shellac colours she had. There are many colours to choose, don't get me wrong, I was looking for a specific design that matched a dress I wore for a wedding. She took her time and was very patient and did her job very well. I got UV gel acrylic nails with shellac polish done here for a wedding. They did a sloppy job putting the polish on and got it all over my cuticles. I left with a nail job that I probably could have done better myself. The salon was dingy and had nail dust everywhere. I've been going to this nail place since December and it's the best so far . I tried so many places in Etobicoke area and didn't have this great of service . The place is in a dead mall and the salon itself could use a little Reno but it's still clean and the girls are why I go back. There's 2 girls who work here and both are amazing. My wife had a pedicure done here. Being a nurse she asked the owner if her equipment was sterilized and of course she said yes. A couple of days later my wife's toe got infected and we had to go to Osler Emergency to have part of her toe nail cut off.
