1 star or less I’m giving this place one star because of the horrible customer service I’ve received from one of the employees here. I was treated so poorly after I asked for a certain type of nails and wasn’t given what I asked for, not only that I had to make a trip back from Milton because I was really not satisfied with my nails. When I asked the lady to take off the stones added to my nail the day before, she said “I only do it for free this time” as she complained and procrastinated about fixing them which I didn’t understand because she didn’t do her job right to begin with. She rushed to complete the design at the end of the appointment, because they were closing soon and put no effort in whatsoever. My nails look so bad, I feel like I asked a 10 year old to paint my nails. Not only that when I went today to get them changed, I called four hours before showing up which was also during closing time which was when she originally asked me to come in (the same lady who did the designs) and she took so many customers before me, and made me wait there more than one hour before taking me. I’m sorry but I didn’t get them done for free, I had paid you to do my nails. And not only that you were giving me attitude. This place has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER in history. I’ve been a regular customer for about 9 months, getting my nails done every 3 weeks. Besides the terrible wait times even if you have an appointment, I didn’t really have an issue with the quality of service....until now. On Good Friday I had a biogel fill and shellac done by Tony. the next day it started chipping and by Tuesday muitple nails had chips all over the shellac. I called and spoke to Thia and explained what was happening. She was very rude and snapped at me “what did you do to your nails??” I told her I did nothing!!! And I wanted it fixed. I walked in later that night and she snapped at me again, she initially didn’t want to fix it then tried to only fix the ones that were chipped. I demanded that all 10 be repainted, I didn’t want to return again for another one chipping. She was mad and started yelling in her native language and being very rough with my hands. Another young man finished up and he was pleasant. I asked to just get a shellac change and was quoted $20. Fair enough. I went on to ask the girl to do French tips in shellac and asked for the price. She said, "same price." She does my nails in 45 minutes and I go on to pay. The owner says , "$40." I was then told that the girl did a full bio gel set (which I never asked for) and that it was better for my nails. I said I was told $20. The owner said it was the girl's mistake and she would take $10 off so I would owe only $3...0. I said I never asked for bio gel and I thought she was only doing the French tips in shellac. The owner then said I could pay whatever I wanted to but it would be better if I helped her employee out from not having her pay deducted. I sensed some major scheme going on at that point. Honestly, the customer service is awful. One of these girls laughed at me because I asked how much shellac was, and then she told me it was $10 more than it actually was. They try and rip you off and then when you tell them you don't want what they recommend, they get mad and rude. Plus very aggressive with your nails when they don't get their way. I told them my budget and they continuously try and make you feel bad for not getting what they "recommend". I'm a student on a budget. I'm not spending $60 on my nails thank you. I visited them last week and one of the manicurist cut me while giving me a manicure. He didn’t clean it properly and continued to shellac my nails while it was still bleeding heavily. I asked another girl to help, she had to clean off my nail and re do it after she stopped the bleeding. I went back a week later as it was infected and asked for my money back. They refused! She called her “boss” and they said no refunds for services. After I spoke to him I said so you cut me, gave me an infection and are still not giving me my money back? This has to be the most over priced over rated nail salon in Brampton. Way too much competitively priced salons in the area to ever come back here. Every thing seemed to be going fine until I hit the counter to pay. My jaw dropped when I heard $105. I went through the prices with them... 45 dollars for "full set bio gel". Mind you I did not put on fake nails. I should not be getting charged the price of fake nail set + bio gel. I told them that and they did not give m...e a different price. Apparently, I don't qualify for the mani + pedi 35 dollar deal either because I did Shellac. I don't need a hand out, but it doesn't take a whole lot of intelligence to realize that that is over priced. Awful location terrible customer service been there twice and both times I've seen the owner yell and argue with customers. The lady smudge my nails and didn't even redo it she just added and extra coat of nail polish! It was all bumpy and looked like I could have done a better job. They didn't last more than 2 days. I used to like coming here but my last experience last week Wednesday will definitely be the last time. I have been coming to that Nails for You location for 3 years and I am very upset. The quality of the work has gone down. I got my nails and toes done for vacation my shellac was chipped off my toes by Monday when normally my shellac would last me a month. My nails are chipped. I had to fix one by Friday and now I'm in Jamaica with chipped nails. My feet are rough so I didn't receive a good pedicure. I'm done with this location I'm not coming back. Now it's all about the money and because they have a lot of clients they don't care about quality any more. First time going there I asked for my biogel to be removed as I wanted my natural nails just to grow out. The young lady then made me start feeling dumb. And kept suggesting it over and over again. I explained I have a child and wanted to start saving money by not having to get my nails re done every month. After she took off my biogel she then again pushed it on me again, pretty much aruging with me and making me feel pretty low and dumb for just wanting my natural nails out. It was causing people in the salon to look over as I was trying to stand my ground as I just wanted it off and that was all. She ended up convincing me to get biogel again after removing it all ready. Cause I was then feeling cheap. And people in salon we're hearing what was going on. Then after I told her I didn't want any colour since I am not aloud to for work. She started suggesting a light sheclac another $15 dollar at this point I was so unhappy with the customer service I just wanted to leave I felt so uncomfortable. I didn't want any colour nor did I want the biogel again. I left and paid $50 when I told her I had a buget of $25. $10 remove biogel and $40 for new set. I was so unhappy cause as a customer you do not argue nor make them feel dumb for wanting there natural nails to grow out with out biogel on them. I tip and walked out. Within 3 days now my biogel has start peeling off from the top of my nail! Something that has never happened to me before ! Worse experience ever! All they wanted was for me to pay more and more money. Which is the most negative vibe I have ever felt. I will never go back there and I know many people who do that I told my story to, they also won't go back either. I've been going to this nail place since December and it's the best so far . I tried so many places in Etobicoke area and didn't have this great of service . The place is in a dead mall and the salon itself could use a little Reno but it's still clean and the girls are why I go back. There's 2 girls who work here and both are amazing. They are accommodating , clean, friendly , they have great customer service and the price is also really good. U can get shellac mani and regular pedicure for 50$. They always do hot towel after pedicure and a great massage . Even when it's 5 min to closing they will still take the time to do a massage and as a busy mom I REALLY appreciate it Read Less

First time I came, I had a great experience with the head nail tech because she listened to what I wanted and was quick. Second time I came, awful experience and experienced two other unsatisfied customer who didn't want to pay. They ended up not giving me the colour I wanted, ignored me when I told them I don't like it, aware that my technician was talking about me to technician beside her when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the colour (I asked for burgundy but got a very dark brown), and she asked me to relax when I was asking if my shellac was dry after 5 minutes since she ran off to start on a new customer. To top it all off, it cost me $45 plus tax, so $50, to simply do a UV gel refill and have my cuticles cut. I advise finding another place. Read Less

My wife had a pedicure done here. Being a nurse she asked the owner if her equipment was sterilized and of course she said yes.  A couple of days later my wife's toe got infected and we had to go to Osler Emergency to have part of her toe nail cut off.  Then she had to receive IV antibiotics for a week which she had to stay home and miss work. They take plastic or cash payments. There's also a debit cash machine handy for your convenience. but there's a few banks in the same Plaza. Separate private rooms for privacy for the hair removal and Eyelash extensions stations. attentive staff. and friendly. the Salon also has gift cards available. prices are competitive. great service!
