Disgusting salon. They always use dirty tools and "wash" them in front of you with dirty water. The workers have no sense of sanitation, and have the worst attitudes towards customers. Always trying to get you to upgrade to biogel when you don't want to just so they make more money. And when you do get biogel, they never put it on properly and it ALWAYS comes out bumpy and ugly. Both locations are horrendous, I don't know how they're still open. Everyone is rude and does a bad job. The waits are ridiculous, even with an appointment, which defeats the purpose of making an appointment. Please do yourself a favour and do not visit this salon. Let me start with the positives. Relaxing environment, genuinely “nice” staff, clean tools. The lady doing my nails took her time and did a good job, I was satisfied with the work. What I was baffled by, was paying 107 dollars for a basic mani pedi. Maybe I misunderstood, though I could hardly understand what I was being told. What I did understand that my original total was going to be around 95 dollars. Whatever, kind of expensive but I did get gel, I had it coming. I’m a college student, I can’t afford to pay 107 dollars for a basic set of pink colored nails. Not only that, but I felt very uncomfortable leaving the salon after paying such an extreme amount, I called to ask about their prices. Not only was I told the amount was the original total stated, but it was actually less. I definitely feel that this was NOT anywhere near worth 107 dollars, I’d be happy to include photos. I've been going to this salon for 2 years now. Never normally have an issue, and I tend not to complain. But it's also frustrating to leave a nail salon with poorly done nails, especially since you're paying for it. I find that if you decline a manicure, they rush through your nails. I usually just get shellac done on my natural nails, and on at least 6-7 occasions, I've had the top coat turn into a yellowish/white colour after a day...doesn't even look like I got my nails done. This salon also does not follow proper sanitation procedures. My technician "rinsed" off the cuticle trimmer in my dirty manicure water and put it back in her drawer. I love nails for you anytime I go to get my nails don’t I go there I went not to long ago to get my nails done for my birthday I asked for shellac I sat down she started to do my nails what she didn’t do was put the fake nails on cause I wanted acrylic but in shellac instead they didn’t it over my plain nails I hate cutting my nails cause I want them to grow but I cut them to get the fake nails then the told me to come back next week to do them over they didn’t have a lot of ppl so they could have done it over I would go back just not rn I’m rlly disappointed Read Less

Very unhappy with my nails I went there today to get a shellac polish change, very basic. They told me to get biogel fill & I agreed. After the lady started, she realized my own nails were strong enough to keep natural & told me to change seats where I went to an older woman. She didn't understand what I wanted, I asked for the holographic nails & the original woman kept having to come over & translate what I wanted then proceeded to stand over her to show her how to do it. I'm normally not the type to write out a review, I'm super lazy.. :) Rant: However the last experience I had here has just been bothering me for weeks... I've been to this location 3 other times before and each time I wasn't like... "WOW THIS IS GREAT SERVICE" but I also wasn't like "wow this sucks"... as obviously I still returned (most convenient for me to get to)... But by the 4th visit, I'm certain I will not be returning. The ladies switched half way through doing the manicure, and I had to show the second girl what I wanted after a while because she just started working without like... having any idea what I wanted I assume? She never asked me anything so I was thinking to myself..."does she know what shape I want?? Does she know what colour I want??" ... she barely looked at the photo. She was rushing... burnt my fingers from buffering(or w/e) too hard.. my nails came out uneven from one another and not the colour I had at all showed... She could tell by the look on my face by the time she painted the third nail that I was... not satisfied. I just asked if we could maybe switch the colour... instead of taking off the colour she had already painted, she just painted over and she seemed rude and mad that I didn't like the colour they picked... as it was NOT AT ALL LIKE THE PHOTO. I feel like what I wanted was very simple... Almond shaped acrylics and the colour to be nude almost natural looking.... and I ended up with crooked almond shaped in bright white... I understand it's not the end of the world and I was polite and only showed a bit of unsatisfaction in my face... I'm not assertive maybe I should have been more vocal but when someone's rude... it makes me uncomfortable and I just wanted out of there. And I didn't want layers of nail polish on.. overtop. Oh yeah.... and the nails started falling off SOO early -- three were glued on super well as they didn't come off for sooo long. But I didn't want to go back there to take them off. I had gone with my mom to get Manicure and Pedicure done on Mothers day and it was the worst experience ever as the person who was doing my nails seemed to be in a rush to finish the Manicure and pedicure .When i told told her to take her time and not rush she replied very rudely .I spoke to the owner as well and she didint care either.Very bad service overall ,the staff and the owner don't care at all. First of all they made my friend and I feel extremely uncomfortable. The nail technicians sat in a group because it wasn't a busy day and kept on talking in their language which was extremely RUDE and kept laughing and looking at us every 2 minutes not knowing that my friend actually spoke the same language they were speaking and because she was mixed they figured she didn't. They spoke bad not only about us but also about a lady who was getting her feet done. My nails looked bad they added so much gel that my nails looks so thick and the technician asked me to pay before colouring which I did and at this point I told myself NEVER again will I come here. You might be in a rush or you moved to the area or whatever the case may be.. do not go to this place. I went to get my nails done for a special event and they left hair and nail polish from my previous nails on my nail.... When I asked them to fix it they just put more nail polish on top of the already gross nails. It was shelac nail polish and within 4 days it all peeled off. I called and complained and they told me that if I drove back down (40 minute drive) they would fix them for free. When I got there they wanted to just put more polish over my already half peeled off nails. And then when I said they had to remove it they cracked my one nail in half and told me I had to pay for more nail polish because I wanted them different. The only reason I wanted them different was beacaue it was French manicure and the top and entire side of one of my nails was cut off by them. I ended up just leaving before they damaged my nails more. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. Also this site won't let me post photos of my bloody finger but it's pretty bad.
