I took my girlfriend to this location on one of the Sundays. As soon as we got in they start selling different services to us, even though my girlfriend asked for nail paint only. For both hands and legs nail-paint, we confirmed $20+$15=$35 including a small flower design on two fingers and 2 thumbs. When she was done, the lady asked for $50, $15 extra on top of what we both agreed earlier. This place is a total ripoff. The workers talk in their language for a while and after few minutes they try even harder to sell other services. Also, they asked me to pay in cash or i have to pay extra for electronic payment. I always go here. Linda and Nancy are my favourites. My nails always turn out great. Staff is pleasant and friendly. I get bio gel nails and shellac colour. Even after three weeks the gel and shellac look great. Read Less

Compared to the services I have received at other nail salons, this place is acceptable. Regardless of their service at certain times (busy hours), their work is not bad. I would definately recommend this place, try going during non-busy times, just because you don't have to wait as long. Read Less

I went in for a pedicure.. Asked the price and was told $40. I was automatically given the price of a "deluxe pedicure" (they put a hot towel on your legs). After paying $45 plus a $5 tip.. I didn't even get a top coat put on. So, 5 hours later, my nails are ruined. Never will I ever return here again and suggest you don't either. Terrible costly service. Read Less

Have had many shellac pedicures here and they have always turned out great. The staff is really kind and works fast. Have also done eye lash extensions here and they turned out great as well. I will continue to come here whenever I can.Read Less

The nail salon is small compared to others and is located in a busy plaza. There are plenty of colour options but are located behind the technician tables making it difficult to select one.I opted for shellac nail polish and found the application to be slightly rushed compared to my previous experiences. The shellac polish was applied unevenly creating a bumpy surface and ombre effect. Two days after my appointment it began chipping.I gave Lori's salon two stars as they were able to address the issue of the chipped polish and offered for my nails to be completely re done.I politely declined and continued my search for a nail salon elsewhere.. I'm on the occasional hunt for a good nail salon. I find that Lori's is probably the best bet around north-east Brampton. The first time I went to this salon, I had the privilege of meeting the owner and she happened to give me my first mani/pedi at the salon. She was very friendly and made me feel like I've been coming to her for ages. Not to burst her bubble but I may have a long lost twin somewhere because apparently I have a dog named "yogi" ... Umm I don't have a dog lol! Anyway, after visiting her couple of times, she probably knows I'm the girl who always brings her mom or my little cousin. So, now the main thing, the work they do is pretty clean. They have a great variety of nail polishes from all top brands. They spend at least 40 mins just on the pedicure, which is nice! Getting every nickles worth :) I also love there aloe vera mango lotion.. It smells so nice and leaves my legs, feet and hands feeling so soft. I usually walk in and Lori is really accommodating to your schedule. One time, the salon was so busy I felt like I won't make it in time for my friends wedding ( yes my last minutes missions :/) I got a hold of Lori and told her, I needed to be in and out of the salon in less than a hour. I got so lucky that she got two people working on me so I can get out of there fast. Now that's customer service *brushes shoulders off* Anyway, my mom has a fear of getting a pedicure because of the toe fungus people get when the tools and area aren't clean. I mentioned that to Lori and she took extra care of my mom. Lori sanitized everything in front of mom ( even though they do that in the first place). My mom felt comfortable and she will only go back to Lori because she's a "clean and nice lady". I would've given this place a 5 star but the only reason I can't is because I can't understand Vietnamese and that's what the whole staff speaks and it can get annoying lol.  So final verdict.. overall, great place, great work and great customer service.
