If I could give this place 1/2 star I would.... walked in for eyebrow/facial waxing. IF YOU VALUE YOUR EYEBROWS DO NOT GO HERE. The woman who did them literally plucked out all of my beautiful hairs I had spent 3 months growing out to shape them, made them way too thin, and shaped them like a straight line from hell......Then proceeded to say "wow" as she waxed my upper lip and chin which made me feel VERY embarrassed. I go every two weeks to someone else but live close to downtown Brampton and just walked in to try it out on the way home from the gym. The service was horrible and the waxing that I normally pay $18 for....I spent $30.... totally NOT worth it and they obviously were not trained properly in eyebrow shaping... Read Less

Worst experience I've ever had. The girl doing my mani pedi was much too rough and did not take time on the actual paint job, I could have done it better myself. Very disappointed, like others have said, it resulted in a very crappy job. Going to stick to Paris nails! They also train their new staff by just having them watch a co-worker do a job, not actually communicate and practice. Read Less

I once came into your shop, pleasant experience, asked for a gift certificate for Christmas. Will never use it!!!! I tried to book an appointment on your site back in Feb/17, didn't work. Called made an appointment, got a call back, got pushed back not once but twice!! Today tried walking in just after the shop opened. I was trying to have a mommy daughter day, hoping to have both of us have a manicure at the same time. The clerk said she could only take one person. NO ONE was in the shop and she said someone was giving a massage. Could we come back at 11. We said we wanted to do it together. We left, trying to decide to stay or go somewhere else. We came back in, your clerk said she couldn't take us now at 11, but in the afternoon. The person giving the massage came out to say what gave us the right to expect to walk in on an Easter weekend without a reservation. BECAUSE YOUR A SERVICE OPENED TO THE PUBLIC???!!! Yuri is the best! Every experience is better than the last. Book in advance, walk ins are not always available even after being a customer for 5 years! Don't expect gels and fake nails, they work with what you've got, shellac lasts 3+ week. Read Less

Went the day before my trip to get waxed...they left hair all over and I hadnt notice because I suffered a migraine before the visit was even over. I contacted them the next day to let them know and told them I took pics thats how much was and how long it was. I had to shave while on my trip. Asked them to do something because I liked the people just didnt like the job. So they offered to wax me for free next time. I called and they couldnt get me in till during the week an...d we were on a wave so I just asked for the wax money back as I dropped 150 bucks there that day...they said no money back you come for wax next week. Im never goin back! So disappointed in the they handled this. This was only the second time I've been waxed and both times was there...but two different people. Oh and I waxed myself for 12 bucks not 60 and I got all the hair off. Just saying. Sorry for this review but I just wanted them to be good to their business and make it right. See More Read Less
