I'm so upset and I will never ever go to this nail place again my daughter went in and asked them if they had time to do 2 sets of acrylic nails they said yes come in at 730 and I arrived right at 730...
I'm so upset and I will never ever go to this nail place again my daughter went in and asked them if they had time to do 2 sets of acrylic nails they said yes come in at 730 and I arrived right at 730 they rushed us they did a horrible job I wish I could post a picture there all uneven and they go off to one side the worst job I've ever had done to my nails she tried to sit there and tell me my hands are 2 different sizes really that's funny I've been getting my nails done since I was 16 years old with no issues secondly what the hell does the hands have to do with the nails???? I told her right away and she didn't care to fix it and on top of that she kept increasing the price first she said 25, then 27 then just before cashing out she said 28 each so I paid 60 bucks for the worst job ever and I'm sorry but if a customer is complaining then you fix it so she could of either offered a discount or asked me to come back and they would fix it or fix it right there I'm a business owner as well and I would never ever let me customer leave if they weren't happy that's insane it's 60 bucks not one dollar it's a lot of money and I work very hard for my money it's not handed to me so if I'm showing you and telling you I'm not happy then fix it dammit and the worst thing of all is the fact that they sat there and started talking there language that's the worst thing you could ever do in front of a customer I know they were talking about my daughter and I but to be honest I could care less I will never ever go there again or refer anybody to there nail salon and they don't even know how to manage or hold the tools they burned both the sides of my daughters and I fingers because they were using the machines so horribly that the sides of our nails are all swollen and bleeding disgusting never ever try this nail salon stay away a complete waste of your money horrible, rude, ignorant, no customer service skill what so ever, disrespectful, if anything I prefer the previous owners thank you for taking the time to read my review have a great day

Very friendly staff, appointment was on time. Clean environment and more importantly service was beyond excellent!! I’ve been to a lot of salons and Sam took her time fixing every detail to make sure my nails were properly and professionally done. Believe me “I’m a perfectionist” and my nails were beautiful. It was my first time there too. Great job Sam! Thanks...See you again for sure.

I must say the appearance of the place is nothing to write home about. As for the staff friendly and they do tend to speak among themselves. This doesn't bother me one bit, as I'm coming here for nail services not a BFF. If you can get passed that...the end product is great! I am always happy with my nails and I will definitely be back.

I've been before twice and was a little annoyed with one girl telling me what she thought was better length for me (longer) Didn't go for a while. Walked in recently and met a different girl. She was Amazing. I was having trouble choosing colors and she came and kneeled down and gave me suggestions for the best ombre blingy nails ever. She took so long and was so detailed and careful. I love her! Even better while i was getting my nails done I saw this older lady getting her nails done by my previous girl. Very senior 😂 ... And the girl was so patient with her. Brought the entire schedule book over to her and sat on the floor so she could read it to her day by day to plan her holiday refills. It was adorable. She held the door open for 5 minutes while the lady walked .05km p/hour to leave. With a huge smile on chatting with her the entire time. Service and quality definitely have my vote:) ♡

like the new look of the place, always go here, they always ask me before they cut what I want, instead of just cut my nails or make them square. Honestly if your nails did chip the next day than they don't mind fixing it at no cost. If you don't take the time to go back and ask and get it fixed yourself, than don't write a bad review based on your laziness to go correct the problem.

I love this place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The premises are clean, and it is an overall friendly and casual atmosphere. I would say that 70%+ of their clients are regulars...that speaks volumes to me. I have referred numerous friends and family that have all become regulars, including colleagues that travel from Oakville, Milton, Mississauga, Toronto and Caledon to have their treatments and special occassions at Amy Nails!

The place is your standard run of the mill cheap nail salon, nothing fancy. At all. The walls are this terrible tan yellow colour with a rust accent on the wall. The employees spoke to one another in their own language, in what I think is Vietnamese. I think it's in poor taste to speak in their own language in front of their customers but hey, that's just me. If it doesn't bother you then it's no big deal. They didn't look very professional at all. Their work spaces had a cheap shot glass that said "niagara" on it which is probably from a souvenir shop, which had their nail brushes in, which I thought looked very tacky. And the stuff on their little shelves that contained their polishes and things had dust. Not a very clean looking place at all. BUT the only thing that was good was the job the woman did on my nails. She took her time. The atmosphere and look of the place is dreadful. It definitely needs some interior decorating upgrades. Yuck. I won't be returning.

This is the WORSE place.. do not go! i decided to try it since i was already in that plaza and OMG i wish i had not. i go to nails for you in mississauga and that shellac last me like 4 weeks its to the point that my nails are just grown out not that i have chipped them or anything. in this location they charge to take it off nailpolish which at my location they dont. i still said ok let me try. one of my nail as i got home i realized had a small chip, didnt think much of it. but sunday and keep in mind i got it done satI IT IS ALL CHIPPED!! i can actually peel it off. what tye of shellac is this!? im so upset waste of my time and money!! i call and she is like come in this week i explain i work in TO and live in MIssisauga so i cant this week they need to give me more time. i said ill take a pic and send it to her and she said no we dont know whos nail it is. im like she just did my nail 2 days ago!! she kept saing no only this week! i cant beleive after me spending $ and even tipping this girl that this is the way they treat their client. worse EXPERIENCE. WOULDNT GO BACK. Im not going to waste my time to go back not worth it!! lesson learned never again!

I had been a previous customer of Merle Norman in the Bramalea City Centre for a few years as it was convenient and easy to get an appointment.I came to Amy Nail Salon after a recommendation from my mother-in-law after she made an appointment there the day before my wedding. I had made a previous appointment at Body Revival in Brampton, but much to my chagrin found out that they did not do shellac or artifical tips for nails (which I wanted). I decided to cancel my appointment and book at Amy Salon and am glad I did! The girl I was with (a younger one) did such a great job. She was friendly and made some great recommendations. The final product was amazing and I cannot wait to go back.I would highly recommend to anyone (don't let the strip-mall front fool you!)Vanessa

Very friendly staff, appointment was on time. Clean environment and more importantly service was beyond excellent!! I’ve been to a lot of salons and Sam took her time fixing every detail to make sure my nails were properly and professionally done. Believe me “I’m a perfectionist” and my nails were beautiful. I've been before twice and was a little annoyed with one girl telling me what she thought was better length for me (longer) Didn't go for a while. Walked in recently and met a different girl. like the new look of the place, always go here, they always ask me before they cut what I want, instead of just cut my nails or make them square. Honestly if your nails did chip the next day than they don't mind fixing it at no cost. If you don't take the time to go back and ask and get it fixed yourself, than don't write a bad review based on your laziness to go correct the problem.

I love this place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The premises are clean, and it is an overall friendly and casual atmosphere. I would say that 70%+ of their clients are regulars...that speaks volumes to me. The place is your standard run of the mill cheap nail salon, nothing fancy. At all. The walls are this terrible tan yellow colour with a rust accent on the wall. The employees spoke to one another in their own language, in what I think is Vietnamese. I think it's in poor taste to speak in their own language in front of their customers but hey, that's just me. If it doesn't bother you then it's no big deal. They didn't look very professional at all. Their work spaces had a cheap shot glass that said "niagara" on it which is probably from a souvenir shop, which had their nail brushes in, which I thought looked very tacky. And the stuff on their little shelves that contained their polishes and things had dust. Not a very clean looking place at all. BUT the only thing that was good was the job the woman did on my nails. She took her time. The atmosphere and look of the place is dreadful. It definitely needs some interior decorating upgrades. Yuck. I won't be returning.

I had been a previous customer of Merle Norman in the Bramalea City Centre for a few years as it was convenient and easy to get an appointment.I came to Amy Nail Salon after a recommendation from my mother-in-law after she made an appointment there the day before my wedding.
