I have been here twice and I will probably never go back, first time there was no problem but when I went yesterday it took them 2 hours to get a new set of nails AND they look awful, they are not all the same shape and underneath the nails are not smooth but full of glue. The lady doing my nails was in a rush, answering the phone and booking appointment while trying to do my nails. I can not believe I sat there for two hours being moved around and having the lady leave and come back to me every few mintues. I had also called ahead and booked an appointment. Extreamly disappointed with my nails and very disapointed with the service and how I was treated

The ladies that do your nails are absolutely phenomenal! Everything is great until you deal with either the owner or manager of the store to pay, she is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with, for someone in a service industry, she has very poor customer service. Raising her voice at me for a charge she usually charges that I didn’t understand but willingly paid for, the way she looks at you when you don’t understand is absolutely revolting. I do not wish her presence on anyone

This is great but one person ruins the experience Lina has the worst customer service very rude and doesn’t understand what your talking about . They need to change management.

Worst customer service ive ever experienced....with 2 customers inside they made me wait 30 minutes to but a gift card...theyre lucky my mother in law uses them exclusively or i wouldve just gone else...
Worst customer service ive ever experienced....with 2 customers inside they made me wait 30 minutes to but a gift card...theyre lucky my mother in law uses them exclusively or i wouldve just gone elsewhere...what we do for family....i highly recommemd you go elsewhere....although at the end one worker was amazingly happy and pleasant and made it less painful

This is my favourite nail place. They always do a great job, my nails never chip (due to fault of them, only myself), and they always fit me in when I need a fill. Love the ladies, always a pleasure...

It's ok if you want a quick manicure. Not very hygienic I think. Craftsmanship is dependent who you get. It is ok.

Made an appointment because I didn't want to wait. Was still made to wait half an hour while they took regulars in that didn't have appointments.

Made an appointment because I didn't want to wait. Was still made to wait half an hour while they took regulars in that didn't have appointments.
My daughter waited for an hour, our appointment was at the same time, and was almost in tears by the time they got to her.
They did a decent job on my pedicure, not the best I've ever had but decent. They were really sloppy with my daughters nails.
It seems as if you're a regular, you get great service with a smile, but if they don't know you, don't expect much!

Made an appointment because I didn't want to wait. Was still made to wait half an hour while they took regulars in that didn't have appointments.
My daughter waited for an hour, our appointment was at the same time, and was almost in tears by the time they got to her.
They did a decent job on my pedicure, not the best I've ever had but decent. They were really sloppy with my daughters nails.
It seems as if you're a regular, you get great service with a smile, but if they don't know you, don't expect much!
