Horrible!! Danny the owner has a bad attitude, very rude and arrogant. Only good to you when you are giving him money. No customer service. Doesn’t understand that it is important. Mother is nice but has to listen to him. He kicked my daughter out of his shop to close 20 mins earlier before I could pick her up. Prices kept changing week to week. If you didn’t keep track you would get ripped off. Cheap products. Shellac doesn’t last and cheap nail polishes with no selection. Only cares about how much money he can get from you. I gave them so many chances. They don’t respect anyone!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE they will appreciate your business more. Bad experience which is too bad for them that they don’t understand that running a business is not only about collecting money. I know so many people that no longer go there for this reason. Went in for a uv gel refill, older gentleman did my nails, I have had a coffin shape and he couldn’t seem to get the shape matching right on all the nails, they turned out really thick and I wasn’t happy but it was too late so whatever. Then after one week the thumb nail got chipped and the whole uv color peeled right off. I went in, waiting 45 minutes for someone to help me as apparently the only one who can fix it was doing a pedicure so when she was done she came over and rushed my nail, made my cuticle bleed, left the nail quite thick, and then went off to her next client. If I could give 0 stars I would. Made an appointment for my husband and I to get a pedicure and a manicure for myself. We waited with our feet in cold water for 20 mins and no one was ready to start our treatment. Didn't even acknowledge they were running behind. We walked out of there with no apology. Nice people but the older ladies did a horrible job on me and my mother in law. She had bubbles all over her French manicure and the white line was not straight and their was spots that weren't painted over on the white tips. The other lady was having trouble with one of my nails and painted it 3 times over and it was not spread out evenly. Maybe they could not see well. Came here after looking all over the place to get my nails done well. Found this place had good reviews and gave it a shot. They are well staffed and give each customer enough attention. It's not rushed, which I find a lot of places do now a days. Pricing isn't bad $25 for a pedicure. Staff very friendly, and know what they are doing. They clean the instruments after every customer. I really like this place. I've been a few times and experienced different people and its been consistent every time. The value is great, especially for the waxing. I get a half-leg wax everytime I come and they are super thorough, even going after the small/shorter/stubborn leg hairs with tweezers. I've also have every combination of manicure and pedicure service coming in for one or the other or both and its always a great experience,  no pressure to get any added services. The plave is very clean, they're always cleaning when I'm here and I've never had any problems with the waxing or the nail service cleanliness. And lastly,  their staff and owner are awesome.
