Would give 0 if I could. Asked for price for two acrylics...told $30 each, charged $50 each! Guy who charged my daughter this just laughed. I absolutely refuse to return here. The first time I went in after I called to see if they took walk ins and I asked a few other questions. I went in and got turned away at the door because "they were closing" and I didn't say I was coming in. This was an hour before they were set to close and they had ONE other customer in there at the time. And the woman I spoke to was EXTREMELY RUDE. This was a few weeks ago. • So I gave it another shot and went in yesterday with a picture in hand of exactly what I wanted done on my fingers. I needed an acrylic fill, one nail replaced, and a colour/design change. Black on all nails but four, with a black to silver ombré on the remaining four. I repeatedly showed them the picture going over the costs and whether we could use shellac or not blah blah. I said I didn't care if we used shellac as long as we got the design that I was asking for. My friend was with me, and watched the man who was taking care of my nails agree and say "yes we can do that it'll cost more" I said "ok as long as this is how they turn out" almost half hour later (it was very rushed and my nails were hurting when I left) and I look down at my nails and realize he's painting four of my nails red..? Now I'm not the type of person to tell a professional that they're doing their job wrong so I bit my tongue hoping that he was just using some fancy polish to start my ombré look. Nope. He paints the last nail then tells me I'm done. So here I am on each hand with three messy looking black nails and two bright red, no ombré nails. And the thing is, he didn't even paint the right nails. I didn't even want to start with them so I threw the money on the counter and stormed out almost in tears. I had heard good things about this salon, however after one trip, my daughter now has a plantar wart. She could not have contracted it anywhere but here. I would rate 0 if I could. BEWARE AND DON'T GO TO THIS SALON!!! Read Less

I would give them 0. The woman I had took no pride in her work. She didn't even look at my nails before telling me how much I owed. It was TERRIBLE and right before my wedding. She and others in the salon were EXTREMELY rude and spoke in another language when I showed them how uneven the work was. The nail lady went on to berate me while other customers watched!!! UNACCEPTABLE! Don't go here, save your time and money.. It's not worth the abuse... Shame on you! Read Less
