I haven't had a good experience with getting my nails done in sever years, every place I went to had bad service, poor application, staff weren't knowledgeable on products, maintain bad practices, the list goes on. Here I was serviced by Miranda and she was fantastic, so sweet and easy to talk to. She told me everything she was doing, she listened to me and what I wanted, she took her time and wasn't distracted. I got a shellac manicure and regular pedicure and she was so gentle! No pinching, no leaving with red marks on my skin, she knew the products so well. She knew my nails were weak and prone to breaking/brittleness so she took extra care and advised me how to make my nails healthier. I was amazed at the price and the service. I left feeling so happy. 100% will return (I've already booked my next appointment!)

My nails fell off 2 days later and I went in to get them fixed but they fell off again that day. The paint job wasn't smooth and the shape of the nails weren't the best. The lady doing my nails only said about 3 words to me and I didn't feel very relaxed. Other than that the salon was very clean and organized.

Luxe Beauty Boutique hosted my daughter’s surprise 9th birthday party and it was amazing! The owner was great to work with and allowed me to drop items off before the party. The staff set up the decorations, drinks and snacks so it looked great when she walked in to see all her friends yell surprise. There were 9 girls in total. They really enjoyed being pampered! The staff were so personable and made the party run smoothly. The front entrance area has a great bench and seating area where they chatted while waiting for their turn. There was lots of room to open presents, enjoy snacks and play a couple games. The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this salon for a party, bachelorette or a fun get together with friends. My daughter said it was her most favourite birthday party!!! I’ll definitely be booking a girls day out here soon with my mom, sisters and aunt!

Came in with a bridal party with a good feeling about this place... It took over 2 hours for the lady doing my nails to complete a basic acrylic set with a French tip- the nail tech seemed very nervou...
Came in with a bridal party with a good feeling about this place... It took over 2 hours for the lady doing my nails to complete a basic acrylic set with a French tip- the nail tech seemed very nervous and inexperienced. After all that time and numerous coats of polish, my nails were left lumpy, uneven, and there were chunks of acrylic all under the nails and on my cuticles. I felt awkward asking her to fix them over and over again but they were just so bad. The lady who appeared to be the owner and another tech actually had to step in and make sure everything was ok, as the salon was closing and she still hasn't finished my set. Another tech offered to redo them for me for free the following day, but I can't see myself returning after that experience. Too bad, as it was a very clean, nice looking salon and the other ladies working there were friendly.

Luxe Beauty Boutique was amazing! The girls hosted my bachlorette party and I couldn't be happier with their service and quality of work!! They did a great job making us feel special and comfortable! All of the staff was so friendly and accomodating as well. All around a fantastic experience! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone of my family or friends and I will definitely be returning myself. Thank you so much to the girls at Luxe for making my day so special!!

I really wanted to like this spot - it had great decor and the photos I had seen of nails done here made me convinced this was the place for me. Unfortunately I left pretty disappointed. I've been getting gel nails for years and am very familiar with the process and time it takes for a fill. I was in the salon for close to two hours and only got a single colour of shellac put on my nails. The tech doing my nails seemed very nervous with the uv gel filler and even though she sanded them down they were so bumpy. In addition there were two employees chatting at the reception and I really felt like they were way too loud for the atmosphere and they were just gossiping about their lives the whole time I was there which seemed so unprofessional to me.I went and got my nails redone somewhere else 2 days later. If you're looking for a decent job I wouldn't recommend going here.

Love my nails from Luxe Nails. I brought my daughter (8) and we both had a relaxing pedicure. She chose a fading nail art, and I chose a decorative swirl. I love that you can get a different design when you come here, which will stand apart from anywhere else. No cookie cutter nails here! And... I have had them on for over 4 weeks and there is no peeling or cracking. I would definitely give these guys a thumbs up. Vivian is the nail artist that I chose.

I haven't had a good experience with getting my nails done in sever years, every place I went to had bad service, poor application, staff weren't knowledgeable on products, maintain bad practices, the list goes on. I really wanted to like this spot - it had great decor and the photos I had seen of nails done here made me convinced this was the place for me. Unfortunately I left pretty disappointed. I've been getting gel nails for years and am very familiar with the process and time it takes for a fill.
