I have been a client for many years but today I walked out! Made an appointment on Friday for Monday with a specific person to do my nails. Specified I wanted Chrome which I have had done for a few years. The person wasn’t working today, They supposedly do not do it anymore. REALLY? I just had it done there about 5 weeks ago. You just lost a customer & anyone I referred to you. Plus the girl who was going to do my nails wonders out from the back 10 minute late with her phone in her hand! I was the first client in the morning so guess I wasn’t too important.

I used to really like going to Pedi N Nails, unfortunately this past weekend I went with a friend and it was a terrible experience. We had an appointment but they kept us waiting for over a half hour and then rushed through the entire appointment, making us feel like we inconvenienced them. My nails have also not even lasted a week. Overall not a good experience.

My nails looked better before I went into Pedi nNails. The color I got isn’t even close to what I asked for, and the massage lasted about 10 seconds. Definitely not my favorite nail salon.

Love coming here to get my nails done I always get the best service and Jessica really knows what she is doing. I haven’t been happy with a nail salon in Bolton until pedi n nails came along. Jessica did my pink and white ombre solar new set in coffin style and I couldn’t be more pleased

I went to this Pedi and Nails at Bolton so often. We have been to multiple places but this is our favorite one . This place is always busy especially on the weekend. At the same time they are trying their best to provide us with a good service experience including me who is just waiting. They make me feel welcome and want to go again with my girlfriend.

My bestfriend always has the most beautiful nails and over a year ago she finally introduced me to the genius behind her perfect nails, Jessica. Anytime I come into the salon I feel welcomed and comfortable and important. My nails are ALWAYS on point and that is all thanks to Pedi N Nails. The quality of products they use is very high and I have never had to go back to have anything fixed. I have brought my mom before and she absolutely loved how every client is important and... like most salons that have wait times of over 20 minutes, Pedi N Nails NEVER does and the girls are always honest if it will take some time. I also brought my boyfriend not too long ago for a pedicure and he absolutely loved it - for a man I totally understand that it can be uncomfortable if it is all girls there but everyone did a great job of making him feel comfortable. Deciding to start going to get my nails done here was the best choice I ever made, not only did I find the best place for my nails and waxing but I made friends with the girls too.

I went to this nail salon with my friend for a mani/pedi. The location was relatively easy to find. The salon itself was clean and bright. It's because of their cleanliness I gave them a 3 star, instead of two stars. I was disappointed with their customer service. We had an appointment and we waited quite some time to see someone. My manicure was average. Not completely straight or coloured properly. My friends foot bath was ice cold :/. They were not very friendly. I will not be returning.

Since I had to be in this area and had some time to kill, I walked into this nail salon that looked just perfect, lots of space, very clean and professional, with a lot of staff. I went to choose my colour and sat down in a really comfy massage chair. The girl that I had made pleasant chit chat and she was very skilled and efficient, also what really good was that the colour application was fast and it looked so smooth, no streaks or lines as well as lots of pretty colours. Really nice place, too bad it's not in my neighborhood.

I have been a client for many years but today I walked out! Made an appointment on Friday for Monday with a specific person to do my nails. Specified I wanted Chrome which I have had done for a few years. The person wasn’t working today, They supposedly do not do it anymore. REALLY? I just had it done there about 5 weeks ago. You just lost a customer & anyone I referred to you. Plus the girl who was going to do my nails wonders out from the back 10 minute late with her phone in her hand! I used to really like going to Pedi N Nails, unfortunately this past weekend I went with a friend and it was a terrible experience. We had an appointment but they kept us waiting for over a half hour and then rushed through the entire appointment, making us feel like we inconvenienced them. I went to this Pedi and Nails at Bolton so often. We have been to multiple places but this is our favorite one . This place is always busy especially on the weekend. At the same time they are trying their best to provide us with a good service experience including me who is just waiting. They make me feel welcome and want to go again with my girlfriend.

Since I had to be in this area and had some time to kill, I walked into this nail salon that looked just perfect, lots of space, very clean and professional, with a lot of staff.
