Worst experience ever. Made an appointment and still had to wait as they took walk ins. Employees were extremely rude, speaking among each other in a foreign language. Application of acrylic nails poor quality, the application of nail polish (including pedicure) were well below average. I am so unhappy with Paris Nails! My daughter and I will be taking our business to VIP Nails across the street. I went in for a fill, they refused to do it and said that I needed a whole new set. I had gotten my nails done 2 weeks before and I did not need a whole new set. So I sat for 45mins to soak my nails. I then had a completely different person do my nails, one who may have actually given me a fill. She was snippy and rude! No English and I truly felt they were talking about me since my disapproval of their business tactics was blatantly obvious. And I was charged 68 dollars. I had actually pointed out that they charge way too much and that's why I had tried other establishments. They don't listen, they are rude, they do whatever they want and they truly do not care if you come back. Please use any other nail salon in the area. Read Less

Literally THE WORST place to go to for ANYTHING. This place should not even be a last resort. Technician rushed through the intire pedicure. In total it took 15 minutes from start to finish. She then proceeded to put a huge smudge in my big toe and decided to fix it by squirting acetone all over and trying to smooth it out with her finger. She’s gouged under my one nail so hard that she’s caused it to turn black and it’s in the process of falling off. On another note, the front desk person complained the whole time about not wanting to be there, sprayed me in the face with cleaner, and said she had to bring the machine to us at 8:30 because she was shutting down debit and “was not going to be impressed if she had to stay there until 10:30 again”. Had nails done there twice. The absolute WORST. If I could give - stars I would. They are rude and schemey, so you pay double the amount you should. They purposely do an awful job. They refuse to talk to you and refuse to speak English. Worst nail place I've ever been too. Read Less

Horrible service. Staff is extremely unfriendly. The staff do not value their customers what so ever. Went for a manicure and they just throw your hands around and pull on it like you're a rag doll, seen this happening to other customers as well. Had to go back the day after getting a shellac manicure and it took 3 people to fix one nail. Worst experience. Not to mention the salon is absolutely FILTHY!! I get my nails done religiously and have been to many salons and this one was by far the Worst! I've never seen a salon so unsanitary and with such poor customer service. Read Less

I strongly do NOT recommend going to this salon. I told the lady at the front desk what I wanted and she told me to sit and wait. Another lady got me and started doing my nails. As she was doing my nails she said maybe 5 words to me and when she was done with a hand she would flick it away & impatiently grab for my other. I went to pay once I was finished and the lady at the cash said a ridiculous amount of money so I clarified with her that that wasn't what I had asked for. Two other ladies then began to yell at me as if I was suppose to know that the things the lady was doing would cost me more money. Overall I did not feel welcome or comfortable as the ladies were very rude, made no effort in communicating with me, were very rough and did nothing to resolve the issue. Read Less

Excellent and friendly service both at front desk and during procedures. I have my nail fills and pedicures done regularly and have had a variety of technicians do the work. I've visited Paris Nails at the Quinte Mall twice. The first time was for a bio-gel fill, and my mother who was with me was getting a standard manicure. I was told it'd be 15 minutes for me but mom could go right away. Not a problem, 15 minute waits are to be expected for walk-ins on a weekend. Mom's lady was quiet, and didn't talk to her at all. She snipped the cuticles too close and drew blood twice. She was also entirely done her manicure and I still hadn't been seen. An hour later they finally had a chair for me - and then told me they only had time to do a file down for me because other customers were waiting. Then charged me twice what I'd normally pay at my Paris Nails in Brampton. Despite this, I thought I'd give them a second chance. I went today for a pedicure and a new set of bio-gel. The girl who did my pedicure was rude, drew blood, and was frequently rough when guiding my feet in and out of the water. She clearly didn't want to be there nor to work on my feet. When I was done she picked up my purse and moved them without telling me what she was doing or why, and only as I followed did she direct me to sit and wait, without explaining why. She then walked away and never came back. Apparently the wait was for a different girl who does the bio-gels. I understand not everyone is trained on it but they couldn't tell me? The gel-trained girl was friendly and giggled frequently when I didn't understand her movement requests right away. Her work, however, was sub par. Rather than do 2-3 layers of gel as the 5 other salons I've had gel done would do, she did one very thick layer - which burns like hell when in the UV machine. I expected a small burn, as its normal for a fresh gel, but this was unlike anything I'd felt at another salon. She then tried multiple times to talk me out of a polish application claiming it would ruin my new nails. This is very un-true. In the end my nails are not the quality I would get at my normal salons, the polish job was sloppy (possibly because she didn't want to do it?) and my cuticles look worse than when I went in.
