You usually have to wait quite a while before your turn but the quality of their work is great with amazing attention to detail. It's a more relaxed atmosphere than many other nail salons. They care about customer satisfaction and it shows. The salon is very clean and the foot baths are sanitized after every use. The cost is higher here than at some nail salons but the quality makes up for it.

Just went in for a manicure, the staff are polite and friendly, but more than that they know their business. Janeesa really did a fantastic job. I am super pleased and will definitely go there again.

First pedicure I ever had as I usually do my own. Had Michelle and she was fabulous. Everything was clean and I had absolutely no worries with the care. She did an amazing job and laughed cuz I laughed when she buffed my feet cuz I'm ticklish. I had a design on my toes.....love it.....will go again. Very happy.

Don't get your nails dipped they won't last very long. Mine only lasted a week and they said two to three weeks

Made an appointment with my mother for 2 pedicures, classic manicure and a full set of solar nails.
The receptionist walked us over to ours chairs and ran the water for our foot soak. I looked into the tub and there was black dirt scum floating amongst the bubbles. When I brought it to the ladies attention, she got flustered and popped the filter cap off which caused the water to pour out every where. We cancelled our appointments and walked out.
Be forewarned! May not be a safe and clean place. Further inspection, the front store window had dirt all over it, smears of something. Shops such as this should always appear spotless and sterile. Poor housekeeping ..........poor hygenine?

I would recommend Liv to anyone! I can usually get in for an appointment the day of. They are quick and not too expensive and everyone is very friendly

As a estheticIan myself I went to this spa to tread myself and check it out as it is fairly new to the mall. First of all, there was no client consultation to fill out. Therefore they had no idea what I was allergic to or if I had any conditions that would interfere with the treatment. Second a pedicure is an hour long treatment and mine was done in 30 min resulting in me paying for an hour and for the last half paying to sit there and let my nails dry. The polish application was all over my cuticles which will result in early lifting, making my pedicure last much less then it should. All in all I'm disappointed I paid for the treatment. And don't plan to come back.

You usually have to wait quite a while before your turn but the quality of their work is great with amazing attention to detail. It's a more relaxed atmosphere than many other nail salons. They care about customer satisfaction and it shows. The salon is very clean and the foot baths are sanitized after every use. The cost is higher here than at some nail salons but the quality makes up for it.
