I have been choosing T.O.M.I. Nails for over 3 years and am a regular client of Tina and Kenny. I occasionally also take my 2 daughters as a treat! The entire staff is wonderful. I have been going to Tommy at T.O.M.I Nails for over 8 years now. He does my Solar Nails. i have tried sculptured, acrylic etc over my lifetime. Never having complete satisfaction elsewhere until 2010. My bridesmaid had solar nails and when we got ready for my wedding she refused to put on other nails. Her's were the only ones everyone at my wedding noticed and I was the bride.She recommended his salon as she was a welder by trade and had these natural French Tip Solar nails that could take the wear and tear she put her nails through. So after my honeymoon i tried them and continue going to Tommy. Everywhere I go people ask me about my nails and I hand out his business card to go experience the courteous, respectful and friendly service and atmosphere I receive from the minute I walk in until I walk out. My husband has become a pedicure client. He never had a pedicure until he started going there. He is always happy to walk in and be greeted by name from all the staff.Everyone there is so wonderful and it is a Complete Customer Service they provide I have never received from many other salons over 30 plus years. In my opinion nowhere else can not hold a candle to this salon/spa. They would not win the awards of excellence every year if not for their great treatment of their clients who vote for them yearly.Tommy and his staff are perfectionists at their services. They accommodate your needs to the best of their abilities.. Tommy tries to help everyone but if a client cancels or no shows more than 2-3 times he should have the right to charge them or refuse future services to that client without being yelled at or getting a negative comment or post. I am disabled and have many health issues i could uses as reasons but i don't. i respect that my appointments should be kept or I give enough notice to reschedule or let Tommy know something has come up. He is very caring and will go the extra mile if an emergency comes up to fit you in even if it means later hours for him or an illness happens quickly which prevents enough time to cancel in the 5-6 hour window required . It takes a call from me explaining why i need to cancel. I always make sure to do it online in required time or call him if urgent health issues arise but always within the time he requests.I if we get delayed to arrive on time by unexpected car issues or traffic backups I call to make sure he knows I am on my way so I am not considered a no show. It is a respect to him and his staff to allow time to fill that appointment if i cant make it , so it allows someone waiting for a cancellation to see them. Their time lost by no shows or last minute cancellations is money lost or people wanting service they cant give as they are booked. Same as Doctors, lawyers, dentists, etc. that provide us various services that now can and do charge their clients for short notice cancellations or no shows, Tommy does the same. He should as his time is valuable and appointments are his income. If he makes an appointment elsewhere he would be expected to keep it, be on time and reap the charge for a missed appointment without him giving criticism or negative comment online. People are so quick to judge others and post bad or nasty things on social media for the littlest things these days.That can hurt any business rapidly. People believe so many posts too quickly and repost them etc before verifying the post they are reading.Today i felt I needed to speak up positively for him and his salon. All his clients should show their support to let him and his staff know that they are a top quality service that is missing in so many kinds of businesses these days. Old fashioned service making the client happy for their money spent is so rare. In my humble opinion, people that are the negative, no shows or late cancelers or quick to jump on the reposting before knowing all the facts first should be apologetic/ashamed as if it was done to you it would not be funny or nice would it?
