Before I went in today I called and asked for the prices of everything I wanted and they told me it would be 35$, after I had finished getting my nails done they didn't look properly shaped and has weird circle dents in them, the application of the nail polish was poorly done. When I went to pay my total came out to be 45$ I WAS SHOCKED yes 45$ may seem like an okay amount to pay but for it to be 45$ and my first time coming, I only got acrylics with tips and a coffin shape (which they charged for extra) I was disappointed I would not recommend this nail spa they do not have sanitized tools and they do poorly on nail applications.

After reading reviews I noticed there was a reoccurring pattern of people saying they had not been acknowledged. Because of this I called and made an appointment for today at 12:00pm. I showed up on time for my appointment and waited. There was no one on the floor and I didn’t see anyone for at least 15 minutes. Finally I saw a worker walk out a customer and return to the back. I said hello to her and figured she went to the back to get the person who was suppose to do my nails. I waited for a total of 20 minutes and was not acknowledged by anyone even though I made an appointment. Safe to say I left very unhappy.

I gave this nail spa 2 chances, nice staff but very sloppy work. Very unhygienic. Skin from another client on the clippers and blood on dremel tool attachment. I hope I didn't catch something!

They deleted my review! So here it is again. The staff is friendly and kind. However, the quality of products and services is poor. For example, the nail polish is old and dried out. They use acetone to "top it up". The application of polish is terrible - it's extremely messy.

The service is great! Really kind staff who pay a lot of attention to good services. The full body massage chairs are so relaxing to sit in while you get your services done. My nails look great upon leaving, and typically last the full two weeks! Very well priced too.

I've had bio gel nails for a long time now and usually go to a salon in Brampton. My nails have never broken. I went here for the first time and I've already broken 2 of my nails. They filed them down...
I've had bio gel nails for a long time now and usually go to a salon in Brampton. My nails have never broken. I went here for the first time and I've already broken 2 of my nails. They filed them down WAY too thin, added an uneven lumpy layer of gel, and got polish all around the nail on my finger. Messy job, bad quality. Never coming here again.

Star Nails & Spa is a great place to have your nails done....the staff was extremely friendly. Thanks especially to Amy and Hannah. I would highly recommend this spa. I will be back:-)

My mother and I had a fabulous experience at Star Nails.
The owner is so kind and pleasant :)
I felt the service was 10/10 and I highly recommend the salon.
Very talented ladies and love our nails.
