WILL NOT EVER BE RETURNING TO SIMCOE NAILS! When me and my friend first arrived the salon appeared to be disgustingly dirty, the workers seemed to very rushed and not welcoming at all. Unable to understand the workers we sat down to get an acrylic set and a shellac manicure. When I sat down the man doing my nails was facetiming someone and pointing the camera at me. He was talking to someone on FaceTime the entire time he did my nails.... obnoxiously loud. My nails were filed so poorly, that I had to keep asking him to fix them. Even after this the nails were all still different shapes and sizes. When he went to paint my nails he did such a terrible job!!! The nails looked caked and smudged! My friends nails were an absolute joke!!!!!! (see picture) The lady doing her nails did not clean up her nails or file them, she just began to messily paint her nails. They appeared so smudged and bubbly. When my friend asked the lady to fix a nail that was badly smudged the lady completely ignored her. Despite the terrible work they still charged us both 40$... the debt machine was not working due to a wifi connection, but the store owner blamed my card... which was not the problem! 0/10 would recommend this nail salon. After all of this we immediately went to park place nails to get our nails redone, embarrassed of the terrible job. The nail technicians in park place laughed at the work of Simcoe nails. 10/10 would recommend park place as they do a fantastic job and make everyone feel welcome and beautiful.

had a HORRIBLE experience here and would definitely not recommend. my friend and i went to go get our nails done before a weekend downtown, i wanted just shellac and my friend wanted acrylic. the workers could barely speak english, and we felt so rushed by them. i got my shellac done and the girl did not even file my nails down or clean them up at all. she got nail polish all over my fingers and when i nicely asked for her to fix one of my nails she ignored me as she did not understand me and rushed to finish them. the end product was awful, as well as my friend’s nails who got acrylic. we ended up going to park place right after as we could not stand to walk out of the salon with our nails looking like they did. park place was an AMAZING salon with great service and incredible staff! they fixed up our nails and made us feel very welcomed. 0/10 would recommend simcoe nails!

WE ARE CUSTOMERS THEREFORE WE SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE CUSTOMERS. LONG STORY SHORT SHE MADE THE PRICE OF MY ACRYLICS 30 INSTAID OF 25 SO SHE BUMPED THE PRICE UP FOR SHORT NAILS THAT WERE DONE AND DID MY NAILS PORLEY AND LEFT MY NAILS NOT EVEN FULLY DRY AND NOW THEIR MESSED UP. NEVER GO TO THIS HORRIBLE SALON U WILL

Ouch the Most painful aggressive pedicure I've ever had 😩 And the use of the "cheese grater" was so hard all over my foot I checked a few times to see if I was bleeding. A nail brush was also used violently all over my toes, I was scared and it wasn't relaxing. My feet don't feel soft. They feel soar and my heels are now bumpy- chunks taken off but not smoothed and my toes feel rug burnt. The staff were nice- the paint job is also nice, but the approach was not kind or gentle. My feet! ☹️

I had the worst experience of my life in this nail salon!!! 3 days before my vacation decide to get a pedicure and a refill on my nails. I spent 2 hours in there. My refill is horrible the shape that I originally had was the one I wanted to keep and somehow some nails ended up in different shape, one nail is short compared to other nails, some nails got filled to much on the sides, the shellac polish looks like they put 20 coats on it, the pedicure look nice at the time.So this is where things get ugly, when I left this place and went to work my shellac polish looked dirty, and when I got home and took off my shoes noticed that all nail polish my feet got peeled off. Went back the next day and they redid my feet and tried to make the shellac polish not look dirty anymore. Than I get home my nail breaks off, and once again my pedicure got peeled off!! This is pathetic!!! I went back today to fix my broken nail and I have told them that the nail polish on my feet came off again and because the guy didn’t know how to speak English the girl answered so rude. She told how I should do shellac instead of nail polish it would last longer, so is she trying to say that in this location nail polish will last not even a day? And she said she would fix it and I told I don’t have time because I’m leaving to go on my vacation and I demanded to get a refund and she replied rude with attitude that it’s my fault that I don’t have time to fix it, meanwhile I only came here 3 times for them to try to fix it cuz they couldn’t do it right the first time !!! She lied to me and said that I didn’t wait until the full time for my pedicure to dry which I told her both times the guy who did them said it’s dry now and it’s good he even sprayed something on the nails. I don’t appreciate being lied to specially accusing me of doing something that I didn’t. She also said that even tho that the outside of the nail polish looks dry the inside of the nail polish takes 5 hours to dry.. I’ve been doing my nails for years and if a nail polish is not dry it would smudge, and the fact that the polish peeled right off clearly proves that it was dry. As I told her that she started raising her voice, I told her if her boss was in so I could speak with them, she said that I would receive a call today and I did not, I will be demanding a refund once again when I return from my vacation. I don’t recommend this place to anyone specially if your going away because ur nails won’t make it even to the airport. I’m left with doing my nails on my own because people don’t know how to do there own work properly! I also read a review just now that the same thing happened to someone else with the peeled off nail polish, shows that there nail polish is garbage!!!

The absolute worst experience. My shellac manicure peeled within 2 days. They fixed 5 nails and before the end of that day they were peeling again. Went back for a refund and they said no they couldn't do it and accused me of lying saying I got my nails done 2 weeks ago. I showed my receipt and outted them on social media then and only then they offered to refund me. When I went to get my refund I was told I would only get it if I deleted my post. Stay far away from this place

I happened to stop by the plaza and my real nail broke and decided to ask for them to fix my nail with glue. She glued it for free and even gave me the glue to take with me. How nice!

Very disappointed. The pedicurist cut my sisters feet in 2 spots and when she told the girl her toe was bleeding, for some reason she found this funny.....we found it very insulting that she spoke to...
Very disappointed. The pedicurist cut my sisters feet in 2 spots and when she told the girl her toe was bleeding, for some reason she found this funny.....we found it very insulting that she spoke to the pedicurist beside her in their language and apparently had a laugh out of it.
Will not go back. BEWARE

never write reviews but i decided i needed to this time. Not only were the employees rough and rude, they completely overcharged my friends and I. I asked for acrylics and they charged me for a "long nail" and polish ontop of the price. What kind of nails salon charges for polish??? an awful place to get your nails done.

WILL NOT EVER BE RETURNING TO SIMCOE NAILS! When me and my friend first arrived the salon appeared to be disgustingly dirty, the workers seemed to very rushed and not welcoming at all. Ouch the Most painful aggressive pedicure I've ever had 😩 And the use of the "cheese grater" was so hard all over my foot I checked a few times to see if I was bleeding. A nail brush was also used violently all over my toes, I was scared and it wasn't relaxing. My feet don't feel soft. They feel soar and my heels are now bumpy- chunks taken off but not smoothed and my toes feel rug burnt. The staff were nice- the paint job is also nice, but the approach was not kind or gentle. I had the worst experience of my life in this nail salon!!! 3 days before my vacation decide to get a pedicure and a refill on my nails. I spent 2 hours in there.
