Charged extra on the package we'd booked online without telling us, laughed at us when we went back in to talk to talk to them about it. Shellac started to wear away the day we got it, and they sent us away with wet toenails. I had to redo the big toes myself for my prom. They seem to be very nice to their regulars but dismiss the one-off clients as insignificant and unimportant jobs. Their facebook reviews are all five stars, not a single review lower than that, which leads me to believe they're deleting anything 4 stars and under. Thankfully, they can't delete a google review. My daughter made an appointment with these guys for a 50 dollar package. This salon did more then the appoint was for without discussing the price change. They were very rude over the phone. The nail polish is all over her fingers, they don’t seem to care their work is terrible and they overcharge/don’t discuss price changes with their clients. My daughter ad her friend were sent home with nail polish on their skin and wet nails. If your looking for a nail salon, stay away from this place.

My bi-weekly treat....the girls here are awesome and I've never been disappointed. Love this place!
March 2018 update - they say you don't know what you have until it's gone and this is certainly the case here. I have always loved these girls but recently moved out of the Barrie area. I got my nails done at a new place on Sunday and by Monday one of them had lifted and it's Wednesday and another one has now lifted as well. It really makes you appreciate good work all the more!

Very disappointed. Called 2 days in advance and made an appointment for a mani/pedi. Got to the salon and they didn't have my appointment scheduled and could not fit me in. It's a shame because I live nearby and was hoping to find somewhere close. I won't be taking a chance here with another appointment again.

I've been going here for over a year now and I refuse to go anywhere else even after moving to the opposite end of town because these ladies know what they're doing. They are very gentle and accomodating! My nails always look great and I've never been unhappy, even when trying new colours I was initially unsure about! I get Tina and Jenny to do my nails and both of them make sure they are exactly the way I request them and always ensuring I'm happy with the work. Every time they have broken on me they have squeezed me in on the spot and they will fix them for free whereas most places charge minimum of 5 dollars. I love this place and I recommend these ladies to anyone looking to get good quality work and service!!

First and absloute last time I ever go to this salon. Not impressed what so ever. Made every request I made seem like a burden, even though I only wanted french tips. Owner constanly pressured me to put shellac on my nails (even after i told her I'm alergic) And then yelled at me when I said i wasn't happy with how my nails turned out. Then when I left had the oddasity to speak poorly about me to my mother as she awkwardly waited for my sister's nails to be done. Absloutley Terrible customer service and extremly poor quality! The paint didn't even last the bus ride home!! If you're looking for quality service with kind and helpful staff , I DO NOT suggest stoping by here.

VERY upset with the service at this salon. I live down the road and was very excited to get a shellac manicure and pedicure for two important events. After 3 days, the polish started literally peeling off of my fingers. The owner did the manicure, so this really shows the quality of staff they have on hand. They could not offer me anything but a gift certificate for my troubles - but after spending 110$ on services I was forced to do my own nails for an important conference because of their poor service and inability to fit me in to fix the problem on time. When I called to say I will not be needing the gift certificate because I do not think that is a fair replacement for what happened, the person on the phone happily responded "OK great I will shred it see you never". I am absolutely appalled! My experience was initially great but after all of this I am extremely upset and will not be back and do not recommend that anybody try this place out for themselves.

Charged extra on the package we'd booked online without telling us, laughed at us when we went back in to talk to talk to them about it. Shellac started to wear away the day we got it, and they sent us away with wet toenails. I had to redo the big toes myself for my prom. They seem to be very nice to their regulars but dismiss the one-off clients as insignificant and unimportant jobs. Their facebook reviews are all five stars, not a single review lower than that, which leads me to believe they're deleting anything 4 stars and under. Thankfully, they can't delete a google review. My daughter made an appointment with these guys for a 50 dollar package. This salon did more then the appoint was for without discussing the price change. They were very rude over the phone. The nail polish is all over her fingers, they don’t seem to care their work is terrible and they overcharge/don’t discuss price changes with their clients. My daughter ad her friend were sent home with nail polish on their skin and wet nails. If your looking for a nail salon, stay away from this place.

March 2018 update - they say you don't know what you have until it's gone and this is certainly the case here. I have always loved these girls but recently moved out of the Barrie area. I got my nails done at a new place on Sunday and by Monday one of them had lifted and it's Wednesday and another one has now lifted as well. It really makes you appreciate good work all the more!

Very disappointed. Called 2 days in advance and made an appointment for a mani/pedi. Got to the salon and they didn't have my appointment scheduled and could not fit me in. I've been going here for over a year now and I refuse to go anywhere else even after moving to the opposite end of town because these ladies know what they're doing. They are very gentle and accomodating! My nails always look great and I've never been unhappy, even when trying new colours I was initially unsure about! Owner constanly pressured me to put shellac on my nails (even after i told her I'm alergic) And then yelled at me when I said i wasn't happy with how my nails turned out. VERY upset with the service at this salon. I live down the road and was very excited to get a shellac manicure and pedicure for two important events. After 3 days, the polish started literally peeling off of my fingers. The owner did the manicure, so this really shows the quality of staff they have on hand. They could not offer me anything but a gift certificate for my troubles - but after spending 110$ on services I was forced to do my own nails for an important conference because of their poor service and inability to fit me in to fix the problem on time.
