Ok,this was my first nail salon experience so I was nervous. Then I get this rude worker that made me even more nervous. So then I ended up having them too short because I didn't understand any of the types of nails and she didn't explain them.

Absolute worst customer service I've had in a very long time. I booked an appointment to do acrylics and waited over one hour. Once I was finally seated, the man seemed to have no clue how to put on the nail on. He left without a word and I proceeded to wait another 30mins to which another lady finally came. She was extremely rude to the customer beside me, and once the customer left, she began talking very badly about her to everyone including me. Not to mention she was very rude to me and made it seem like it was my fault the man couldn't put the nails on. VERY condescending attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will never go back. If you want to be disrespected and looked down on, it's the perfect place to go.

Purchased a tanning package from them last week.. went in today for a tan on my lunch and no one was able to set the bed cause the one girl who knew how was out for lunch ( which is completely fine but I couldn't believe no one else knew how to set the bed ... or was trained too ) on top of having to wait for the girl to come back the lady working was completely rude to me and left me standing their and asked me to sit and wait I was so confused I thought there was someone in the bed once I realized what was going on I asked for my money back immediately worst customer service they make you feel like you are bugging them when walking it I am paying you for your business you can at least smile !!!!! the girl that came back from her lunch was very helpful and made sure I got my money back I just want to make that clear that she was great and it had nothing to do with her.

I had my nails done here (shallac, french tips). This was a painful experience. Cup my cuticles to close where I started to bleed at one point. The technician was sloppy with the application and the topper for this was by the end of day three I'd had a whole nail (polish) lift and chip off! All the edges had started lifting and by the end of the week three were gone and the others were not far behind. When I went back in the technician said that I must have oily nails. Funny story, I went back to Lavish nails and I can say that I have had no issues and the polish (same brand) is still solid on my nails. Don't go here. Shop around!

Absolute worst customer service I've had in a very long time. I booked an appointment to do acrylics and waited over one hour. Once I was finally seated, the man seemed to have no clue how to put on the nail on. He left without a word and I proceeded to wait another 30mins to which another lady finally came. She was extremely rude to the customer beside me, and once the customer left, she began talking very badly about her to everyone including me. Not to mention she was very rude to me and made it seem like it was my fault the man couldn't put the nails on. VERY condescending attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will never go back. If you want to be disrespected and looked down on, it's the perfect place to go.

I had my nails done here (shallac, french tips). This was a painful experience. Cup my cuticles to close where I started to bleed at one point. The technician was sloppy with the application and the topper for this was by the end of day three I'd had a whole nail (polish) lift and chip off! All the edges had started lifting and by the end of the week three were gone and the others were not far behind. When I went back in the technician said that I must have oily nails. Funny story, I went back to Lavish nails and I can say that I have had no issues and the polish (same brand) is still solid on my nails. Don't go here. Shop around!
