When I first went here many months ago, the service was hit and miss. I found that Jing did my nails well so always asked for her. My daughter came with me yesterday, despite the fact that her last visit was a disappointment. But she was willing to give them another try. After this latest visit, she said "Don't ever take me there again!" The woman nicked her cuticle and didn't even apologize. The gel was applied way too thick. Every time she asked the woman to fix something that was wrong (like the shape wasn't consistent on all her nails, or one nail was really crooked), the woman would make like it was an inconvenience to have to do her job properly. I won't be going back again.

Staff was very rude, seemed like I was a bother to them, not relaxing enoviment at all. Felt completely rushed, came home with nail polish on my skin around my nails. Had to trim and clean up my own cuticles when getting home..I will not be coming back and would not recommend. While I was paying another customer said the same thing.

Very unprofessional, I've given them three chances and every time got disappointed. My mom went there today and was treated very poorly, when she asked the woman doing her nails' opinion she snapped at her yelling "YOURE nails YOUR choice, thats not my job to tell you", she also refused to fix anything my mom wanted to change. My mom was made fun of in another incident. Do not go there unless you like being bullied and abused. I had a horrible experience once too where I waited for an hour although I had an appointment.

Room for improvement. Pedicure was more like an express pedicure (not a detailed job). Nail paint job was pretty bad. Place looked clean and simply but didn't see any sterilizing equipment.

Jing and the whole team are lovely. My only wish is that they had someone on staff more skilled with nail art, as the options they offer are somewhat limited. But they do a great job with shellac manicures. A really nice touch with the pedicures is the hot stone massage. So relaxing!

An absolutely fabulous service and suburb quality. Margaret provides a gentle removal of the old gel, shapes the nail nicely and paints with a careful and quality approach. I am more than happy and only wish that I lived closer to Sydney to see Margaret on a regular basis. I will definetely visit again on my next visit to Sydney.

This morning, the beautician left me alone in the room during an eye lash tiny. After calling out that I wanted the dye off my eyes, she said "two more minutes" I told her I wanted it off now. She left and didn't come back. My eyes were completely blood shot and she blamed me for squinting them. I've had this procedure done every 6 weeks and she didn't do it properly. To add to the torture, I asked to not have to pay the full amount and they charged me it anyway. Do not go here for eyelash work.

I've been coming to Margaret for over a year now. She is incredible and so knowledgable. I started coming to see her because of her methodology, as a diabetic I get so much anxiety going to get a mani/pedi because small cuts can leads to bad infections. Margaret uses the latest products, equipment and methods, highly hygienic and non-cutting tools so this has never been an issue and my nails have never been healthier too. I cannot recommend her services enough...make sure to ask for the IBX treatment it's awesome

people were nice, colour choice was good, they looked great, but the fake bio gel nails only lasted a week and past experiences with other salons for me, nails have lasted up to a month. They offered no refund or fixing of the nails for free and the nails had all fallen off within a week, that's not worth $50.

Margaret is so incredibly friendly and kind - she makes getting your nails done even better. I have had the IBX treatment and shellac nails done, she explains her process and uses only the highest quality of products. Her salon smells lovely so it gives you comfort that there are no harmful chemicals in the air, and her pricing is very reasonable. She gives quality services and I recommend her highly.

Fantastic experience with Margaret's Nails yesterday! I had a pedicure with callus peel treatment as well my manicure and I will never be letting a blade near my feet again! The callus peel left my feet feeling like brand new and was super relaxing. Margaret thinks of every little detail and is so careful that I can be sure I won't need a new mani or pedi for ages! Thank you Margaret :)

When I first went here many months ago, the service was hit and miss. I found that Jing did my nails well so always asked for her. My daughter came with me yesterday, despite the fact that her last visit was a disappointment. But she was willing to give them another try. After this latest visit, she said "Don't ever take me there again!" The woman nicked her cuticle and didn't even apologize. The gel was applied way too thick. I started coming to see her because of her methodology, as a diabetic I get so much anxiety going to get a mani/pedi because small cuts can leads to bad infections. I have had the IBX treatment and shellac nails done, she explains her process and uses only the highest quality of products.
