After my daughters pedicure came off in two days 2 Waves told me kids polish longevity is a “crap shoot” due to their perfect nails. Also skimped out on her leg massage (multiple visits) because the design was going to take too long? But, I paid more for a design for her!?! They are now telling me they can remove steps to their services if a design is more involved and “eats up the clock time”. This was never communicated to us. Buyer beware: read the fine print... if they even list these rules anywhere. Overall, disappointed in their depreciated quality of services over the past two years since coming to kingsville originally and mostly their customer service. I visited the Tecumseh location the other day. Brooklyn was the one who did my nails, and she was awesome from start to finish! Very personable, and incredibly detailed! My nails often chip elsewhere and they seem to be lasting quite well so far! Thanks for a great first experience, I will definitely be back! Read Less

All of the estheticians do amazing work and if the product doesn't live up to the guarantee (i.e. gel polish doesn't last 1+ weeks or more) they do everything they can to make it right! Friendly staff and great work. Read Less

Wonderful experience but our appointment was at 2pm for pedi & manicure which started @ 2.15pm so late starting but by the time my nails were done (approx 3.55pm) we felt we that we were being rushed to the door! My nails weren't dry therefore smudged 4 nails getting into car & removed polish when I got home! Also both daughter's didn't get hand massage before they got their nails painted. Would recommend that air dryers are used for regular polish otherwise the staff were very friendly & cheerful. Unfortunately I didn't get the person who did mine but she was awesome! The aesthetician did an amazing job, and we had good convo. Just too many interruptions of walk ins she had to do on top of it all, due to no one in the front room to handle immediate attention.
