This is my new nail salon. They are awesome. They really pay attention to detail. The salon is so clean and nice inside. The prices are a little high but it’s totally worth it. They are super friendly and stayed open late just to finish my nails. I will recommend this place to everybody.

Bad experience. Got regular manicure. It was not allowed to dry between coats (5) meaning it took over 6 hours to dry. Because of this I went to bed 5 hours after I had it done and now it is all marke...
Bad experience. Got regular manicure. It was not allowed to dry between coats (5) meaning it took over 6 hours to dry. Because of this I went to bed 5 hours after I had it done and now it is all marked up because it was still wet underneath. Dont get a regular manicure here, stick to shellac or pedicures.

WARNING THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNHYGENIC!!!
This used to be the only place I would go in ajax because I thought they were good. I went there last Friday at 4pm for a pedicure and left. 2 days later my foot starts itching and cracking, after going to the doctor it turns out I have a bacterial fungus- also known as athletes foot. I called them and they asked me to come in, when I showed them what happened they told me that they couldn’t have caused it. I have never had this issue before and had nothing to gain from telling them. They were rude to me and were laughing at me infront of customers. Please do not go here. They are very unhygienic and unprofessional. They should be investigated for their unhygienic practises! I will be reporting them.

Clean establishment, friendly staff and they did a great job on my toes and hands.
They take their time and are careful with your nails. I will return to this location for sure

The reasons for my 4* breakdown are below:
1) They are not the best with appointment times but the only reason is because they t...
This has been my to go to nail salon for a while and it's wonderful.
The reasons for my 4* breakdown are below:
1) They are not the best with appointment times but the only reason is because they take their time with what they are doing.
2) They are EXTREMELY clean. They do not re- use buffers or nail files and give you your own on your first visit. Remember to bring it with you or it's $1.00 for a new one each time.
3) I get my nails done by Yuki. If you are looking for U.V or Bio Gel nails she is the absolute best. She takes her time and ensures you are 150% satisfied before you leave.
4) Pedicures can be done by anyone here. They are fantastic and everyone is so friendly.
5) They have a large basket of shellac colours. As a matter of fact they have the most I have seen anywhere and they can match regular polish to shellac if you don't wish to have shellac on your toes.
All in all a really great, clean, friendly salon.

I was really excited to try this place, but unfortunately it just didn't stack up to the hype. We had to wait for about 30min after our appointment time which was frustrating. The technician who did my gel manicure did not apply the top coat very well, i can still feel and see the clumps on my nails. Lastly, she filed my nail so aggressively that she cut into my skin. Doubtful I will return.

My friend referred me and I’m so glad to came this place. I brought a picture for my design and the lady name Carol she did exactly the same. It’s a great place for my nail to get done.

Yesterday was my first visit to SoHo Nails, and I will definitely be coming back here! The staff is so kind, patient and accommodating to their customers (ex. Changing the television channel to a kid's channel while a mother was getting a manicure and pedicure, so that her child would also have some form of entertainment). The environment is very relaxing and clean. One thing I really appreciated is that they use new tools on everyone. They stressed that they do not use the same nail file on everyone, and everyone receives a kit for themselves that they can bring back and use each time they go there. Another amazing thing was this is the first time someone has done gel nails for me with an actual gel formula. They use gel only, no powder. I've read that this is much better for your nails and I was on the hunt for a salon that used an actual gel formula, for a while. Finally! :) I felt that I was in good hands, and was very happy with how my manicure turned out. I'm excited for my next visit! :) Thank you to the staff and owner for such an amazing experience.

Nice clean place, however the lady who was doing my manicure was a bit rough and cut me on 3 different fingers! ouch! Also, she didn't put the nail polish properly as each finger has some empty spots ...
Nice clean place, however the lady who was doing my manicure was a bit rough and cut me on 3 different fingers! ouch! Also, she didn't put the nail polish properly as each finger has some empty spots on the sides close to the skin. A little disappointed as I went there based on all the amazing reviews.

First time at SOHO n very happy with the service. Alice did an excellent job on my pedicure. The spa are very clean n pretty. Everybody are very nice too! For sure I'm going back there.

Bad experience. Got regular manicure. It was not allowed to dry between coats (5) meaning it took over 6 hours to dry. This used to be the only place I would go in ajax because I thought they were good.
