Warning:  angry and highly unprofessional owner/operator at this establishment!  My appointment lasted about 10 minutes from when Laura answered the door to when she asked me if I wanted to leave.  In between those two moments she seemed annoyed with me no matter what I said or did.  At about minute 3 of my visit I new I'd never come back and it just went downhill from there.  When I answered yes to her question (would I like to leave) I also asked her why she was angry with me and she said it was because I assumed she didn't charge tax; not an uncommon thing for a home business owner to not charge tax;  not the offense worthy of that much animosity.  And this is only partly true because she was angry and curt with me from the minute she opened the door.Looking back, I think she was angry that I was getting the 'less expansive' classic manicure and not the more expensive gel or shellac because.... get this.... she told me when I leave my nails will be wet.  Not tacky or "be careful" but "your nails will be wet".  I've been going to nail salons for over thirty years and that's unheard of.  She also said her reason for being angry with me was because I didn't seem to think she took her business seriously (back to the tax thing).  Looks like she doesn't either.  So, if you are okay with an unprofessional manicurist, wet nails and potentially being asked to leave if she doesn't like you, then go ahead and make an appointment.  If you want to be assured of getting your nails done I highly recommend going to another place.... any other place!
