I went here one time and will not return. I received an infection which I had to have treated with antibiotics. When I returned to the salon to complain, I received impertinent resistance to my complaint instead of the "wow, we'll be more careful in cleaning our tools" response I wanted to hear. BEWARE.

When I told my friend Sarah about it, she said she'd gone there just before her holiday and while on vacation, she noticed her cut (yes!) was leaking fluid. She believes the salt water cured it. I noticed my finger was red and swollen today. I spent 2 hours waiting to see a doctor at the medical clinic. My hand is infected and requires antibiotics 4x/day for the next week. I went back to the salon to show them what happened and ask for my money back. The manager, Elaine, had the gall to tell me that I should have soaked the cuts 3x/day. The best she could do, she said, was give me a certificate and assign a different tech next time. After calling her mom (who owns it) and a long, but civil, conversation she (finally!) gave me the cost, but not the tax, back. "Because the government collects it," she said. Read Less
