This place sucks and is over priced. I went to get acrylic nails and I wanted them airbrushed...She charged me $46! I always get the same thing from other places that charge just $25. On the board the price was listed as something else so when I asked why I'm being charged so much she said because of airbrush....well that should have been mentioned before. Crazy over priced. Pathetic service.

They did my nails really nice, and quick. Customer service was good. But the lady didn't paint my whole nail, there are some spots without nail polish on them. And she was a bit rough, a part of my cuticle hurts. But I guess it was because they were in a rush to finish mine because they had other customers.

Tried Lena's a few weeks ago..my experience was good.Prices are fair. Lydia did a good job. Clean..didn't have to wait long as a walk-in. Going back today for a shellac manicure. Lots of other salons I have been to..too busy and wait is long..didn't have that problem here. Seems good.

Oh my god. I went to this nail store to get a pedicure with white tips. It was a disaster. The person that did my nail need to go back to school because she knows nothing about doing nails. She should get another job because she is no good. Why the manager keep her. She cleary do not know what she is doing. V.... U SHOULD QUIT.

Horrible job and customer service! Had my acrylic nails done here and it was disaster! They were rushed because the employee doing them had to "leave". Within the first week my nails were chipping and breaking. They have a "14 day policy" that allows you can come back and have your nails "fixed" for "no charge". This policy is full of crap. I went back on the 13th day and they weren't willing to fix my extremely broken and peeling acrylics free of charge. They were extremely rude! They were laughing and taunting me in their language because I was upset. I was even willing to have the acrylics taken off and not redone and they still wanted to charge me. They continued to tell me it had been "14 days" when it had only been 12-13 days. I am extremely displeased. I recommend that no one goes to this salon. You'll have screwed up nails and horrible customer service to deal with!

This place sucks and is over priced. I went to get acrylic nails and I wanted them airbrushed...She charged me $46! I always get the same thing from other places that charge just $25. On the board the price was listed as something else so when I asked why I'm being charged so much she said because of airbrush....well that should have been mentioned before. Crazy over priced. Pathetic service.

And she was a bit rough, a part of my cuticle hurts. But I guess it was because they were in a rush to finish mine because they had other customers.
