I’m still in shock at the service I received here. I had two broken nails that broke so low I needed the other nails to be trimmed until I have time the following day to come in for a removal. The nail tech cut my nails and they looked so ugly I asked her to trim/file the corners. She obviously didn’t understand what I said because she started yelling at me saying that first I wanted a cut & now I’m saying I want a shape. I said yes, I did want a cut but you can’t cut my nails and just leave them that jagged can you shape the corners. I don’t know what she thought I was saying but she continued to yell and say that I didn’t want a cut but I said yes I wanted a cut but the shape is very ugly so I need the corners shaped until I can come back the follow day for a removal. She kept yelling and got up and said she’s not doing my nails. The picture On the right is how I left the salon that day because she refused to file the ends. I think she didn’t understand what I was saying and even when I said please listen to me because we’re not talking about the same thing she kept yelling and getting angrier. I pleaded with her to listen to me numerous times but she just kept yelling and walked away. I ended up filing them down myself. That’s all I wanted I don’t understand why she got so angry.
