Hawaii Nails has friendly staff and great service; I never have to wait. My acrylic nails are always neat and each refill lasts a long time. The quality is great for the price I'm paying!

I have been going to Hawaii Nails for two years since new owner took over the business and her name is Keya!
Keya is always very accommodating, not only does she “fit me in” she does the same for all her clients. Keya gives suggestions on how to improve strength of nails as well as recommending frequency of mani and pedi’s and always suggests to me the latest trendiest colours as she knows I usually want the same colour - she will have the colours I usually ask for so is prepared for me and knows my likes which I think is very important as a business owner and knowing the client. While Keya always does my nails (I do bio gel shellac - she is the expert), her daughter Rosa or her associate Cathy will do my shellac pedis and regardless of which “gal” does my feet they all do an excellent job and I always come away feeling like I am walking on a cloud. I would highly recommend Hawaii Nails to anyone. x

I strayed from my usual spot due to convenience and boy did I ever regret it. I won't lie I walked away with subpar nails, despite having them be different shapes...my main concern was that the interior reminded me something of a garage sale. I'm not sure if this is her storage unit or a nail salon, i caught myself looking around and questioning how I managed to sit through a mediocre fill while having being surrounded by junk. I was internally screaming the whole time.

Went to Hawaii nails to get a full set and pedicure done. Now, I never leave reviews however the way my nails were done was so disappointing. In the middle of my pedicure the owner (I can’t remember her name) started applying my nail tips and cutting and shaping Them. One, when I’m having a pedicure I would like to relax and enjoy it, two, I would like to have my nails done at the table instead of feeling rushed through my appointment. Once i made it to the nail table the way the acrylic was applied was beyond appalling, it was so runny and loose and she kept applying so much of it, before she sanded it down it was bumpy and uneven 😱. Let’s just say to make a long story short. I went home took off the nail polish and filed and painted my nails. Not even a week later my thumb nail broke. I now have an appointment with a new salon and so far the owner already seems amazing. I will never spend my hard earned money at Hawaii nails again. Never.

Excellent nail place. I’ve been coming here for years. New ownership recently has really improved the service and expanded offering. Very friendly and helpful. Always accommodate me even if I call last minute. Amazing colour selection, I would say over a thousand in all different brands and finishes. I come every 2-3 weeks without fail and I’m never disappointed. It’s a very calm, relaxing environment with friendly, consistent service and fair prices.

Worst salon I have EVER BEEN TO. Went with my sister in law for her birthday, four days ago. We made an appointment and still had to wait 20 MINUTES. Then because she couldn’t be bothered to get another tech she kept alternating between me and my sister in law?? There were bugs on the towel, ALL of my nails are different shapes and the acrylic doesn’t even go down to the cuticle? When we asked her to fix her TERRIBLE job that we spent 70 dollars on all she did was repaint them and yell at us infront of my 5 year old nephew! Also the shellac we spent 20 dollars on is already coming off because she put TEN coats on my nail because she doesn’t know what she’s doing. Still won’t refund us. Dirty, rude, and a rip off. Do not recommend at all!

Keya and her staff are always so friendly and patient!! Not like thise other places where I they act like they are doing you a favour. Love service here :):):)

Best nail salon I have ever been to. Their service is amazing. Everybody is so friendly and very well experienced. I'm so happy new management came because before with the old owner the place was a disaster. I highly recommend EVERYONE to go to Hawaii Nails.

I have been going her for years, and they always did a fantastic job. Since new managemet took over I have been twice and will never go back again. The first time for a brow wax, she took off way to much and have me two completely different shapes eye brows. I cannot believe they let me walk out like that. The second time for a pedicure with my mom. They cut both of our nails way to short and round. Both of us ended up with painful ingrown nails for months.
To top it off the new owner didn't seem very polite to her employees, making it an unfriendly environment.
