Terrible customer service! I asked Kevin at Lucky Nails to cut my nails shorter and he told me not to comeback I asked why he said he doesn't like cutting nails so short. I said seriously?? He said yes! So when he finished my nails and I was paying I didn't know how to not give him a tip so I said I'm not giving you a tip please do up my bill with no tip! He did it (98.00) btw but he was so ticked off he didn't complete the transaction and stormed off cursing in another language! His wife had to finish it. Im sorry to be unkind, but don't go here.  For some reason, Truro businesses just don't seem to advertise so I couldnt find anywhere to have gel nails done.  The mall seemed quick and easy.  Buyer beware.1) Fancy names and high prices for the same old thing. "Solar" nails are just gels but they charge more.  Sometimes they skipped the entire gel part because I had wanted polished tips and it wasnt compatible or something.  However they sure charged me the fancy price!2) Prices always change.  One week your refill is one price, the next time you come its higher or lower.  They seem to just make it up as they go along.3) Inconsistent work.  I have had a great set one time, then the next time there are lumps, bumps, crooked tips, and rough edges.4) Rushed service.  You can be squeezed in between clients, switching between technicians, who forget to file properly or have uneven arches.  Then you are rushed out the door so the next person can come in.The last point is just a personal pet peeve of mine, and it may bother some and not others.  The owners are a different culture, and while that is just fine, I find it very rude when they speak their own language right in the middle of talking to you, yell it out across the salon or whatnot, or just jabber away while you sit there staring awkwardly at the TV with the endless replays of boring, depressing news.
