I came here because of the great reviews on Yelp. Oh, was I disappointed. Here are the positives:- I was brought in almost immediately after arriving- The shampoo/conditioner they used on my hair smelled amazing.- The colour I had done was *almost* exactly what I wantedThat's it.Unfortunately for me, the negatives outweigh the positives. My cut was awful. All I wanted was to trim off my dead ends (of which there were many) and to have my layers touched up. When I got home and took a better look at the cut, I noticed that ti wasn't even on both sides, the cut was incredibly choppy and there were no layers in my hair at all. The red is not gone. It's certainly not as prominent as before, but it's still there. To top my experience off, as I was home and looking at the cut, I felt so disappointed that I put my hair up in a bun and decided to take another look later and maybe I'd feel better about it. It was then that I saw several brown blobs on both sides of my face. Hair dye. I went to wash it off and got off what I could, but realized that the small invisible hairs on the side of my face had actually been dyed. Cool. So, for the very first time in my life, I shaved my face and called it a day. Read Less
