Depends on how busy they are... last time I didn't enjoy it at all.. one of the workers clipped his toe nails in front of us in a very disgusting way.. I had the dipped nails applied. It ended up looking beautiful. I have the french tips. They lasted two weeks but they say they are good for 3-4 weeks. They lifted a little on some nails but otherwise they are beautiful. I am getting a full set of gels next time though as each time you get the dips you pay 45 without cuticle clean up. 55 with cuticle clean up. Gels sets are cheaper! Not sure how healthy the dipped nails are either because they are still acrylic. Great service and clean friendly atmosphere. Read Less

not good ... I’ve had them on for 3 days and they look like they’ve bin on for 2 weeks.. I know my nails don’t grow that quick , they don’t start at the bottom so they’re cheap so at the end of the day your gonna have to go get pay 35$ for a fill 2 days later. Rip off if you ask me. Read Less

Went with my mom and sister and were able to get side-by-side-by-side pedicures. Their seats are comfy heated massage chairs. We got a basic 30 minute service which was just enough time for a quick filing, the briefest of foot rubs, and polish. My color lasted nearly a month! I got my nails done here yesterday and they did an amazing job! It was first time getting acrylics and I didn't want them to look too fake.I asked her to make them as natural as possible and she delivered. I had picked out a light baby pink colour, with two coats it wasn't  dark enough for me so when I asked her to do a third coat she did do it but she looked over at her coworker and spoke to her in her language I could tell she was not happy with me. I took away a star because the whole time I was there the five nail artists where talking on the phone in their language  ( it was on speaker) with one of their relatives planning a trip to PEI I thought it was pretty unprofessional since there were multiple customers there. But overall my nails turned out great and it only came to 40 dollars with tax. Read Less

Have gone there many times because they are close to where I live. However, the last time I went, they rushed through my pedicure and I did not enjoy the experience at all. Not at all relaxing. They rush people through in order to get as much money as possible. I will not be going back. Not worth the low price. Read Less

That was the most awful experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I had an appointment for 6:00 and I wasn't seated until 6:30 and that was only because I went and told them I was about to leave. By then I only had time to get my shellac taken off and they ruined my nails just trying to do that. They were so rude. I tried to correct the lady doing my nails and she practically told me off. this is the closest nail salon to where i live and usually i dont have time to go somewhere else because im always in a hurry between school and work getting my nails done, but i usually regret coming because they take so long to fix your nails and they bite off more than they can chew, in terms of taking in more customers than they can handle and satisfy at the same time Read Less

I went to this salon for a lash extension fill because the girl who normally does mine was booked. :(Upon arrival, the lady told me she didn't want to do my lashes because she didn't have any faux lashes long enough for my eyes. She was about to send me packing until I insisted she tried. I didn't want to leave without lashes, I mean come on, don't advertise the service and then refuse customers after they book. She went ahead with the application with the lashes she had in stock. Come to think of it, maybe this woman didn't have experience and didn't feel comfortable doing lash extensions? Not sure what the reasoning behind her trying to refuse me was, but nonetheless it did not make me feel like a valued customer.I'm happy she went ahead and did them for me and only charged me $30, but the actual application was messy and rough. A poor job. Lots of pulling on my eye area and black markings all over my face when she was done. She scrubbed extremely hard to get it off, and even then she still sent me out with marks everywhere. My lashes don't look very full and she missed tons of areas. Also, black glue clumped onto certain parts. Just an all over messy job. I wish places like this would focus more on quality service rather than rushing the customer out the door. Won't be going back here, I'll stick with the original girl I go to because she is gentle, clean and does a beautiful job, unlike Kylie's Salon. Read Less

Luv this place! Get my uv gel's here,waxing and pedi. Susan and Yen are very friendly! Prices are good, clean bright environment. The massage chairs are actually effective I thought. I'm gonna head up there for a foot massage shortly. Also the fact that they don't mind at all to remain open after their usual closing time of 7pm if you want more treatments is great.
