Was accepted as a walk-in which was great! I thought I was going to get a spa pedicure, but got a regular one but that was likely due to miscommunication on my part. The woman who did my pedicure was very professional and friendly and did a great job on my toes. I had wished I had been given the spa pedicure (as my feet needed some extra work to say the least!), and thought what I paid was quite a bit for a regular one (even with shellac) but I didn't want to complain. I did contact them later to find out why I got something different than booked and clarify prices and the owner was very professional and apologetic, and went above and beyond to make things right, so it all worked out.
