Had a great pedicure . However, my manicure not so. I think the man in charge did them and he was more interested in watching what the staff did . Too expensive not to get good treatment.

I asked very specific questions about the product prior to arrival ema vs mma and if they did nail art and was informed they would be able to do my nails. I took time off of work to make the appointment, I arrive and ask again just to confirm that the product is ema so so my nails aren't damaged and I'm informed that I should go elsewhere. Waste of time

OVERCHARGED...Went their yesterday and got Shellac Color Pedicure which was great. Went back yesterday evening to get Shellac Color (which I specifically said just shellac nothing more) on my nails not so great. I ended up paying 57$ for what was supposed to be a 25$ charge. When I spoke to one of the employees about this she said I miss understood and that it was not her that misunderstood. Very ignorant if you ask me. I don't mind paying for services when their done to what I ask for. So for anyone else that goes there make sure you are spoken to very clearly and you get across what exactly you want done!!!

First of all, I was overcharged. I was charged $60 for the gel nails because they were "long" though 2 friends who have been there said that they had nails of that length or longer and was only charge...
First of all, I was overcharged. I was charged $60 for the gel nails because they were "long" though 2 friends who have been there said that they had nails of that length or longer and was only charged $40. I was also charged $5 just to have them polished black (I ended up getting black because they did not have the colour I wanted and was trying to sell me $20 colour) Why should polishing them be an additional cost when it's a fundamental part of having nails done??
In addition, the nails did not last 2 weeks. 12 days after having them done, 2 of the nails broke off.

I highly recommend getting services at Nails Time. The quality and service is fabulous. The nail techs take pride in their workmanship and are very kind and welcoming. They make sure to advice their clients about health care of their feet ans nails and always make sure that you are happy when you leave. I would not go anywhere else.

Did exactly what I asked for with my nails without trying to force me into an "upgrade". They were quick but not rushed over all best experience I have had with my nails yet, not quite 5 star yet just...
Did exactly what I asked for with my nails without trying to force me into an "upgrade". They were quick but not rushed over all best experience I have had with my nails yet, not quite 5 star yet just felt that something was missing but if I ever have to get my nails done again, I know where I will be going.

I have no words...except, don't waste your money! All nails different shapeCuticle not finishedNails barley cleanedCuticle oil put on...rubbed in? No he just walked away. 4 people total worked on my hands and feet. After filing I didn't get them smoothed, so my nails are rough. I tried to get each thing fixed but I was looked at as though I was being unreasonable.

I took time off of work to make the appointment, I arrive and ask again just to confirm that the product is ema so so my nails aren't damaged and I'm informed that I should go elsewhere. I was charged $60 for the gel nails because they were "long" though 2 friends who have been there said that they had nails of that length or longer and was only charged $40.
