I have had my nails done there a couple of times. I was super happy with my nails. The staff are amazing and really make you feel welcomed. They offer you beverages which is a nice touch. The decor and products they carry are fantastic. I would highly recommend Nailed it. Wanda lee has been doing mine and I will be staying with her. I have been going there since November and I like it. They are so down to earth there and friendly. All of the staff there are so friendly. I love this place! I have been getting my nails done for years now in St. John's and gander, NAILED is defiantly the best! For some reason whenever I got nails done (at many different places) I would be always missing at least one the following week! But at nailed, they last forever! It must be the product they use! I once had a set on for 2 months because I never had a chance to get back and get them done again! Now of course they were grew out a lot but still strong as ever...! I seen someone post how it hurts to get them on! Well anyone that has had nails done knows that they typically burn a bit when the gel goes on at most places, now with this product it does hurt more then others! However, my experience has been that the girls are very friendly and warn you about it in advance! They coach you when to pull you hand out of the light so it doesn't burn too much! I have had both Tiffany and Wanda do my nails and they are great! They listen to what you want, give you their opinion if you ask for it, and they double check with you always when talking about length, shape, Etc! Couldn't ask for better! Terrible job and will never return to this business. Sloppy job, painful to put on, took over 2 hours, longer nails than I requested. Had to cut off most of the length myself. Nails were incredibly thick (friends said it was the worst mail job they've ever seen), and my entire nail tore off when I hit it against the floor. Incredibly painful. When I called the manager (who also did my nails) and I told her about how unhappy I was and just wanted them removed, she said they would have to charge me to have them removed because I had them done almost 3 weeks ago. Best service ever! Been coming here for the most part for the past two years. There are no limitations to colors and designs, plus the prices are very reasonable for a salon. My only issue is that sometimes there's a longish wait to get an appointment, and I assume it's because these girls are so good they're always booked solid. Usually I book my next appointment at my current appointment to avoid this, and it always works out. Overall, great staff and great service! :) Read Less

Had a manicure done with shellac(color couture?) on Thursday and really loved it! Unfortunately two of my nails chipped on Friday... I called about it and went back to get them fixed yesterday. Today I looked down and noticed another one with a huge chip gone out of it. The girl did tell me if I had anymore problems to call her but really who has time to be going back and forth getting their nails fixed every second day? I definitely don't. And for a basic manicure that cost almost $50 I shouldn't have to. I've never had this happen with any shellac manicure so I have to say I'm pretty disappointed and won't be returning. Read Less

I've been here twice and each time was pleasant and relaxing. My last appointment which was almost about a month ago ( my nails are still in tact and beautiful ) was very pleasant and I actually had a really great time chatting with the lady that was doing my nails. She was very nice and made me actually feel entertained and comfortable even though I usually hate getting my nails done. I would recommend the friendly staff here to anyone. Read Less

If it wasn't necessary to click a star for this review I wouldn't have clicked one because they deserve a 0/5. This is the absolute worst salon/spa I have ever dealt with and they have the most terrible customer service from the manager she hung up the phone on me. She was a terrible manager and should be fired along with other people who can't book an appointment properly. Yes they tried to accommodate but I expected a proper apology from the manager or owner and I got nothing just them blaming me saying it was my fault. They won't be in business for long.
