I had a great experience the first time I went to Vibrant. I had my bangs cut and they only charged me $7. They did a great job. The second time I went in, however, I got my bangs trimmed and about a half inch trimmed off my hair. They also washed and blow dried my hair. Although they did a good job, I don't think a trim is worth the $49 they charged me. I was a bit blindsided by this price. Too bad because I really liked this place but I'll have to take my business elsewhere as it is just too expensive for me. Read Less

I had my hair done just this past weekend with Ashley! She was incredibly sweet and very easy to talk to. I also love my hair. The price was very reasonable. But i came home unsatified because my hair was not at all how i pictured it (my hair was very dark but ive got it done other places and my hair was way lighter) This morning i decided to straighten my hair and found multiple peices longer then the rest! I've been going to Vibrant for a very long time now and have had nothing but great experiences! The staff are very welcoming and make it such a relaxing and positive atmosphere. When I moved away from Fredericton for school I had started going to someone new for my eyelash extensions, but there had been one fill where the person applying them used way too much glue and it caused a lot of irritation to my eyes. Luckily I recently came back to Fredericton and Angellissa was no...t only able to take clumps of the glue off but save a lot of my natural eyelashes and fill them properly, making them look a lot more tidy and full like the way they should. My hair had also been previously damaged with a very dark colour of drugstore box dye, but with their work they were able to get it to the blonde colour that I always wanted and made it look so much healthier than what it was before! Don’t come here if you have long, thick hair. They charge you so much extra to the point where the price is ridiculous. It was over $300 for me to get simple balayage in my hair. On top of that, they put dark dye in my hair when I made it clear I was in the process of going blonde and wanted everything lighter. There isn't enough great things I can say about this salon. I had my hair done as well as a full set of lashes the week of my wedding and I am always impressed with the quality of work I have done whenever I am there. All of the girls take the time to listen to what you want and give great suggestions. My hair turned out beautifully and my lashes were so full! On my wedding day, myself along with 9 of my friend and family came in bright and early to get all of our hair and ma...keup done. I MUST say the day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without the exceptional service we received from all the staff. Each one of the girls LOVED their hair and makeup and I even ended up having one extra girl come with us who wasn't originally booked in and they were able to accommodate her for both hair and makeup which made her feel incredibly special. I wasn’t going to do a review but here goes. Went in about a month ago. Showed the girl a picture. She hacked 4 extra inches off even though I told her I wanted to be able to tie it up still. My hair was to my bra strap, now it’s above my shoulders. In a month not one soul has said good hair cut. It looks like a 70s shag. I’ve gone to 3 hair dressers since. None can fix it because it’s too short. My own hairdresser said it’s also uneven. For this mess she charged me 50 bucks. The picture showed the hair cut to fall under, it’s cut so bad it sticks out all over. This from a “senior stylist “ It’s so bad that when my husband saw it he appoligized for encouraging me to try a new place instead of going to my girl. Sorely disappointed.... *update, The owner called and listened to me patiently and was very understanding and offered me a refund. She was very professional. My girlfriend took our son there for a hair cut. The hair cut took 15 minutes and cost $29.60. The website says $16 depending on experience of the hair dresser. We got a 4 star hairdresser but our son doesn't have a 4 star hair cut. If we would have got a 1 star hair dresser it would have been $5 dollars cheaper which still leaves you with a hair cut over $20. Read Less

Do NOT go to this salon. They completely ruined my wife's wedding hair and all of her bridal party. My wife literally had to SHOWER after the salon and have a different place curl her hair. Completely unprofessional. Could not do a simple french twist on regular long straight hair for a bridal party member. Could not do simple curls on my wife's hair. Stay far far far away. Read Less
