My first and last visit there was very unpleasant! Called in advance, was told on the phone to come in at 6. Drove 20 mins and arrived approximately 10 mins earlier. As I walked in, one of the ladies turned towards me while still working on her customer’s nails, “do you have an appointment?”
“Yes, at 6”
“ok, what do you want?”
“Umm, I have never get my nails done before, one of my friends recommended you and said that you are flexible and have good price! As I said on the phone I want to see what kinda products you have before I make up my mind”
“Ok, $53 dollars for nails”
“What about the $35 price as suggested by my friend?”
“Ok,35 only your own nails, 45 layover”
“Alright, I want layover”
“Go pick up your colour”
So I picked up my own colour and sat down. A man came down from upstairs snd then sat in front of me. “What you want?”
So I repeated my whole story and then pointed to the colour I picked up “I am going to a wedding this Weekend and the colour of my dress is blue and white, do you think these colors will look good with my dress?” He looked at me for few seconds and then Walked away. After some conversations among the workers in their own language, one of the ladies said to me “go home think what you want, we are closing in one hour, have no time today, call me tomorrow”.
At this point, I don’t think I am that desperate to spend my money at this shop. So, I returned their business card and said “thank you! I think I am good!”
Definitely very different experience, if you think this is what you deserve you can go try! :)

My nails look great but the service is TERRIBLE. The woman working tried to upsell me on a matte topcoat which I politely told her I did not want. She did it anyways and then when I told her I had ask...
My nails look great but the service is TERRIBLE. The woman working tried to upsell me on a matte topcoat which I politely told her I did not want. She did it anyways and then when I told her I had asked for the regular gloss topcoat told me that she was still going to charge me for the matte., telling me that it was my fault that she misinterpreted. She was so rude and I do not recommend going here.

Love the fast and consistent service! Yes a language barrier but thats all and that is not a negative point. Fast n efficient is what I get everytime I go. Love this business thats it thats all

Rudest reception EVER. Only one person in the salon and they were too busy to take 30 seconds to glue a nail. I was prepared to pay almost anything to get this fixed. Don't go here!

I rated a 1 but it's more like a big 0.....they were rude when I complained that the nails were all uneven and crooked.. tried to tell me thats the way they r supost to be..also cut my finger with the...
I rated a 1 but it's more like a big 0.....they were rude when I complained that the nails were all uneven and crooked.. tried to tell me thats the way they r supost to be..also cut my finger with the nail clippers, and was told to relax.. it's been 2 days and my fingers still hurt.. they look terrible and will need to go someplace else to fix them..I want my money back.. might be a small claims kinda deal...60$ I feel that I've lost due to unprofessional business....

You cant rate a zero so this is the lowest I could possibly go, to all those people out there looking for acrylic nails go else where. I know go to glamour secret and they are great however my friend ...
You cant rate a zero so this is the lowest I could possibly go, to all those people out there looking for acrylic nails go else where. I know go to glamour secret and they are great however my friend told me about this place called model nails and said that it was supposedly good so the first time I went in I had high hopes, I was extremely disappointment walking out. The nails looked like a four year old smeared something and called it a day the establishment was dirty dingy and gross and also they workers are not friendly and are very unprofessional. After about two weeks they started falling off when they are supposed to last a month lol, they also made me very uncomfortable because they were literally laughing at me because I am a gay guy getting nails nope not okay going else where just wanted to worn people away. They are now bleeding and painful.
