I went here Thursday for an eyebrow waxing and hair diagnostic, and again Saturday for a haircut and treatment. I forget the name of the lady who waxed my eyebrows (sorry!) but she did a really great job. I haven't had my eyebrows down in 10 years, and while it hurt just as much as I remember, the results were great, I'm very happy with how they look. Saly fixed my haircut (was cut for straight hair but mine is very curly) without taking off too much length and switched me from my normal shampoos to a cleansing cream, which I really love. Very personable and knowledgeable, and they offer a TON of different services. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Read Less

Amazing Staff!! We went yesterday to have my daughter's ears pierced and after one ear she decided she was done. The piercer was so patient and amazing, we did get both done finally!! Excellent customer service!! Read Less

I booked an appointment to get a piercing done at 7:30. When I first called the lady proceeded to tell me that I didn’t need an apointment I could just walk in. But I made an appointment anyways just to be safe. I get there and the employee is so rude almost as if I was bothering her. I wanted to get my ears and nose pierced. She then proceeds to tell me she’s leaving work soon and don’t have time to do both. Let me mention I was there at 7:15 and my appointment was only at 7:30 I was the only one in the shop she had plenty of time she just didn’t want to do it. Anyways she was so slow and not experienced please save yourself the misery and do not get a piercing there. Service sucked. Read Less

I had got my nails done at this place with my friend Madison and it was outstanding! We got an appointment right away and we sat beside each other, we got the more expensive manicure but it was worth every cent. We got to pick a color we liked I got a coral sparkly pink and my friend got a purple-ish nude color and they shaped your nails, pushed your cuticles down, buffed and shined, base coat, dry, 2 polish coats, dry, top coat and more! Although I have never heard anything good about Glamour Secrets, it is one of two places that offers eyebrow threading. So I made an apt for 5:30 on a Saturday. I arrived early (5:15) so I understandably waited, and then 5:40 rolls around and no one has said anything to me, I wasn't sure which girl did the threading as she's the only who can do it. I asked the girl at the front how much longer it would be and she says "I was just about to check" and walks over to someone getting their nails done has a quick conversation and comes back to me with someone I'm assuming is the manager and proceed to tell me that "she's tied up at the moment and it shouldn't be much longer". I can see who they spoke to and that she is "tied up" getting her nails done which should be done in her personal time. I also saw her arrive after I got there so it wasn't as if it was taking longer than normal. On top of this, I had made my appointment on a Wednesday, the lady called me herself Friday to confirm the appointment and Saturday (the day of) I got a call asking if I wanted to switch to waxing. Which I said no. So not only did I have to wait, this was something that was clearly planned earlier in the day when they could've asked me to come earlier (which I asked to come earlier multiple times) or later or rescheduled for a different day. Completely unprofessional in my opinion, so when I was told it wouldn't be much longer I said "that's fine" and walked out. This was my first time as a potential customer and I would not recommend this place to anyone. On top of the bad service you also have to sign a consent form basically saying if they screw anything up they are not liable. Read Less

I always receive great service at this salon when getting my hair cut, and have found staff to be pleasant and helpful. They have a great variety of beauty and skin services to keep you looking good. The store is clean, the shelves are well-stocked and so, so colourful - with an amazing supply of products for every beauty need. Read Less

I hate to give such a bad review, but at Glamour Secrets I received the worst manicure I've ever had.  The lighting where they did my manicure was so poor that it wasn't until I had left that I saw my nails had been filed crooked (some were on complete slants) and my shellac manicure was done poorly.  The polish was applied haphazardly and the tips were not sealed correctly so it started to chip within a day.  I live out of town so I could not return to the salon and ask them to fix my nails. If you are considering getting a manicure done here I would highly suggest going somewhere else. Read Less
