Taps is a small pub across from the Riverside Park. The bar is a large square in the center of the room leaving very little space for anything else. I was surprised there is enough room for a set of drums though it's a little claustrophobic. Overall I didn't care for the atmosphere of this place. The staff is friendly but what really irritates me about Taps is the shady characters who go there. Oh real prize winners who have nothing better to do than stir the pot. One creepy guy kept cussing at me in french. I have no idea who this nut is but he better watch himself. Most people go out to enjoy themselves but all it takes is one idiot to spoil the fun. I will not be going to Taps ever again. My advice is drink at home. Read Less
