I’ve never been so disappointed in a service. I came here May 25, 2018 for a mani-pedi. It was my first time trying this place since I’ve moved in the area. I love city nails on main so I know what kind of service I SHOULD have. The girl assigned to do my mani-pedi didn’t even clean up or cut any blemishes around my toenail like any other normal place. She just pushed back the cuticle. As for the polish, it wasn’t completely dry. They didn’t even have air driers for your feet like other places do. But she assumed my toes were dry after doing my nails and handed me my flip flops. I drive home, I go shopping and try on a pair of new shoes and nope, nails weren’t dry and it ruined my pedi. I call and make an appointment to go back the next day to have it fixed and they all looked confused as to why I was there. I had to explain again why I was there. The polish I thought I chose the day before I’m told no that’s not the one so she finds one herself that she think matches and yes it looked close but when dry it was different. So I tell her it’s not the same and all she says is “oh”.. doesn’t say anything else nor does she offer to fix it again because now her and other coworkers are busy with other people. Terrible service! At least at city nails they clean up your nails well, and if other staff are sitting around they’ll start filing your fingernails while someone else does your pedi so you’re not sitting around for hours like I was here too. I’ll never go back. This place is no “vogue” nails.. pffft garbage.

I enjoy coming herefor shellac manicures, pedicures and eyebrows! The hand and leg massages are fantastic! The staff is very friendly and does a great job.

Only Reason I even gave 1 star is because it made me!! This place is Horrible !!! The manager Bruce was so RUDE to my Mother , he left her hands in the “Soak Off” bowl for WAY to long they burnt her fingers !! When we told him about it he told her put them back in another 15mins even after we showed him what had happened !!!!! we ended up leaving , other people were complaining they had been sitting over an Hour for someone’s service !!! They move everyone constant . Not how you run a Business !!!

Experience started out fine.
Came in for pedicure and fresh polish on fingers. Ive had this done many times at numerous salons over the city, but never in my life have I had to sit just shy of 3 hours for this type of service. The girl working on me left me sitting in pedi chair while nails were "drying" for well over an hour... while she started and finished another womans shellac fill.
The other workers each completed a pedicure and those clients left happily and in a fashionable time.
Ill never come back here.
Worst service imaginable.

This nail bar used to be really great I would go no where else, but that has all changed. In Nov I went in and when I came back in Dec someone New was running it and it has fallen apart. They don’t care about people only to push you through and the SNS techs are not trained well. If you go Ken is the only one that knows what he is doing. I will not go back I am tired of paying for a poor SNS set of nails. You tell them what services you want and you don’t get what you ask for. Music plays like in a club not a spa setting. Look elsewhere or go st your own risk

I will never visit this place again. I got SNS nails a week before CHRISTMAS. after having them for a week and. a half I noticed a black line on my finger under the polish. When I went in to have the polish removed today, I advised the manager Bruce of the line and suspected fungus, he said it was where I hit my finger and forgot about it, and that it would grow out in three weeks. However the tech that assisted in removing the polish told me it was fungus, and to keep polish off my nails for a while. Unsanitary conditions.

I will never patronize this salon again. After faithfully going there since Opening Day, the manager, Bruce, had the audacity to pull my manicurist in the middle of my service to go service someone else. No replacement was sent over and nothing was communicated to me. Clearly, they don't want my business and I will gladly go back to Cindy's Nails since they have always been appreciative of my business. Might I mention, the manager left before I realized what was going on, so I had no opportunity to personally tell him how disrespectful and unprofessional his decision was.

I am a regular customer there for shellac manicures and pedicures. They always fit me in and do a great job! My shellac rarely last less than 3 weeks (and I'm a server so my hands are constantly in water and sanitizer).They take their time with your pedicure and make sure you get your money's worth unlike some of the chop shops in the area that just want to get you in and out as quick as possible (the pedicure is a solid hour - unlike the 30 min at some places) and my pedicure lasts at least a month! - Great service.

This was my second visit. The first visit started out great, as soon as I sat at the table and the gentleman began to service me he was like a wild man!! He was filing so hard that he was filing my skin. I told him he was hurting me and that he needed to slow down, he started arguing with me.... crazy! After I told him off he apologized. Yesterday was my second visit, and it was like great! Lee did my pedicure and Jennifer did my nails totally much better.

I’ve never been so disappointed in a service. I came here May 25, 2018 for a mani-pedi. It was my first time trying this place since I’ve moved in the area. Came in for pedicure and fresh polish on fingers. Ive had this done many times at numerous salons over the city, but never in my life have I had to sit just shy of 3 hours for this type of service. The girl working on me left me sitting in pedi chair while nails were "drying" for well over an hour... while she started and finished another womans shellac fill.
The other workers each completed a pedicure and those clients left happily and in a fashionable time.
Ill never come back here.

After faithfully going there since Opening Day, the manager, Bruce, had the audacity to pull my manicurist in the middle of my service to go service someone else. I am a regular customer there for shellac manicures and pedicures. They always fit me in and do a great job! My shellac rarely last less than 3 weeks (and I'm a server so my hands are constantly in water and sanitizer).They take their time with your pedicure and make sure you get your money's worth unlike some of the chop shops in the area that just want to get you in and out as quick as possible (the pedicure is a solid hour - unlike the 30 min at some places) and my pedicure lasts at least a month! - Great service.
