I had my hair done for the first time on April 25th. Lindsay did a good job. As I was paying the reception asked me to book my next appt which was on May 24th at 10am. I called today, May 22, to cancel and rebook but to my surprise I was told that there wasn’t an appt booked for me. WHAT?! So when asked if I would like to rebook, I said NO. So what will happen if I showed up on my “scheduled appointment” Not everyone has time to spare for waiting. You have to train your staff to value other people’s time. Read Less

I had my hair appt with Gina. Gina and I took about 10 minutes at the beginning to talk about the colour and outcome I expected. I had specific examples and photos to also go along with what I wanted. Lets just say I ended up with NOTHING how i wanted it and was forced to pay 130$ for it. I broke down into tears and was/am still very upset with the outcome. When still at the salon Gina tried to re-understand what I wanted and swore she could fix it. I let her try while still there and it ended up worse than before. At this point I had already been there for 4 1/2 hours. When speaking to the manager and owner of the salon they were not sympathetic, they did offer to do a session to fix my hair, however the damage had already been done. I've been here a few times, and always leave satisfied. Today, Tyler and Vi simultaneously did an SNS manicure and a regular pedicure for me. Vi did a marvelous job on my toes (& a relaxing mini foot massage). Tyler was friendly while explaining my first SNS manicure and made a small joke, which I appreciate. Environment and nail specialist were excellent. Originally was going to another location on Roswell Rd and they were over charging me for acrylic powder nails when they said I was getting the SNS powder nails. Figured it out when the nail specialist tried removing the powder. She was very detail oriented and took her time with my nails and I appreciated it. Read Less

I just moved to the Roswell area, in search of a new nail salon I decided to try out Lush. I've never been so disappointed. I asked for a fill in, a pedicure, and I also had one nail that needed a repair. She sat me in the pedicure chair and one lady stared on my nails. She cut my finger with the electric nail file, no naturally pulled my hand back, she then scolded me and told to let her know if she was hurting me. I was there a HOUR AND A HALF and no one ever started my ped...icure. She was basically finished with my nails before someone asked if I still wanted my pedicure. After being there for so long I declined and opted for a polish change. I was SHOCKED at the outrageous pricing! Not even a week later the tip she repaired popped off and my top coat was turning a grey color. I went back to the salon for them to fix the repair a second time. She told me that the color changing was "normal". I've been getting my nails done the same way for 8+ years and I've never had this issue. I came in yesterday as a new customer and I must say I will definitely return. They did a great job with my shellac on my hands and feet. Beautiful colors to choose from. And I decided to look into waxing my eyebrows and lip. Lynn not only did we'll on my manicure but my eyebrows also. I actually got compliments on both today. My eyebrows are making a true statement. I've been going to the salon for a few years now. Started with a student coupon in the Saver book. Always enjoyed the visits. I had one experience that was not so great with a number of things not go as planned (didn't book enough time for the hair I wanted, stylist passed me off to someone else, my jacket given to the wrong client, etc). It was a good thing I was passed off as my visit was made better by Selene, who was upbeat, charismatic and caring. About 4 months ago I went to do a hairstyle and I asked how much it would take to do a straightening. I was informed that it would be around 200 dollars. Today, I had the unfortunate experience of knowing that the amount charged is per hour. That is, the more experienced the hairdresser the less you pay. I've had this kind of treatment for over 10 years and it NEVER took more than two hours. Today, I had to pay 452 dollars because the hairdresser took 4.5h to get the job done. I went in asking for a ice blonde balayage and I did not leave the place with what I asked for. She bleached my roots first, which burned my scalp to the point of me almost in tears because of the pain. She couldn't get the right colour she wanted (I overheard her telling coworkers she couldn't get the right colour) so she had to tone it numerous times. The colour and the cut she did was nothing what I asked for. After a day I noticed patches of darker hair than the rest of my hair. I am not happy!!!! She always makes sure to understand what I want done and can always recommend the best products to help my fine & thin hair. I have been seeing Kristen for 5-6 years and I absolutely love her! She is the only person I trust with my very thick hair, and she is also hilarious and so much fun. My boyfriend and I had our first pedicures there yesterday with Ashley B and she was also fantastic! The staff all go above and beyond to make you feel super special. I have to say she is just wonderful, she is so talented , enthusiastic and passionate about her place there.
